In the hospital tuberculosis is taken very seriously. The patient room must be negative pressure - meaning a special room where air is continuously drawn out, the room is also an isolation room of course, and anyone who enters must be in full PPE. So yes, if they start admitting all these people to the hospital it could get challenging.

My grandma had a terrible cough in 1994, she was coughing up blood. Grandma suspected cancer, didn’t see the doctor because she didn’t want to know about any cancer. It was TB, my 10 year old son and one of my aunts were positive, they had to take medication for 18 months.
