Hi Cheekyricho. Mmm that does look so good. Lol😂 250g of every farm animal minced, to make a Barnyard Burger.. Love It. A place I worked at had a once a month company BBQ and there was never a shortage of Ajvar to spread or dollop on everything BBQ'd. A guy would bring it in a 1kg jar, homemade of course. Thanks for posting Dave and Alex's delicious recipe. Cheers, see ya next video.

Thank you John, I had never heard of this until the boys supplied the recipe, I had to go to several shops to get the ingredients, I didn’t expect Lamb mince to be so difficult to buy.. once I started researching it, I simply had to make the traditional accompaniments. Which I’m pretty sure I mispronounced. It is a lucky we live in a world where the foods of all nations are available to make and enjoy. When ever I travel I always head to the closest market to buy local foods and try them. Last year travel was impossible so I resorted to resorting at home and cooked some amazing meals to satisfy my wanderers palate lol. You can expect to see lots more international meals on this channel as I expand my recipe repertoire and bring the flavours of the world, on a plate, to my audience.
Your monthly BBQ sounds like a fabulous idea, what a wonderful way to integrate cultures and break down barriers, through the enjoyment of food.
I was a shift worker when I was young and the last night of night shift we had a cook up. I used to plan that meal all month long, when I was rostered on, I always volunteered to cook. I found out when I transferred to another location that my workmates would volunteer to work the night shift with me, apparently my cook ups were very popular. I’m not bragging, my competition was often a sausage sizzle, hot dogs or toasted sandwiches etc. it was a bit of a no brainer really but I did feel complimented that my work mates appreciated my efforts and they made those horrible shifts a lot more pleasant.
Thank goodness I don’t have to work shifts anymore and now I cook for the world through RUclips. I have made some wonderful friends , who are gracious enough to entrust me with their family recipes to share. David and Alex live in Western Australia and have become our friends, through our love of good food, although we have never met.
I have been able to share recipes from people no longer with us so their legacy lives on through the meals they made for their families, that have been handed down to me. It’s a good feeling.
Have a wonderful weekend John and thank you for the great feedback and for watching.;-))

Thank you Lucy, definitely not one for our vegetarian viewers but it was just so filling and satisfying., not for the fainted hearted. The sauces really complimented the flavours and Richo said it was the best burger patty he had ever tasted, which is saying something because he has eaten a lot of burgers in his time lol. Thanks for watching. Hope you have a lovely weekend.;-))

Haha thank you Lucy, you might need someone to help you to eat it. I couldn’t finish mine, it was really filling. Half of one is plenty, it’s pretty economical to make for a family. I hope you like a Black forest Chocolate Cake. I’ve been making them today and they are really yummy.;-))

@@CheekysKitchen there's a shop here that makes a sausage roll and tastes like a savoury wheatbix, and there's another shop called Baker Bears, now if we could get their recipe.... Bring on the cake!

Thank you for the feedback Zendukai. When you are eating the Baker Bears sausage rolls can you identify any particular flavours? Have you tried asking them what meat they use etc. I guess I’ll have to try and research it, to see if I can help.Cakes coming🍰🎂😋
