As a black cape user i can confirm it was my first accessory
as a Hunters Cape main, I can PARTIALLY confirm that. I am the best pvper in my friend group but I don't bounty hunt that much. I'm only 3.6M. I just keep practicing pvp with higher bounty players instead of bounty hunting like a fatherless child. also I love making my own combos instead of using yt combos since they're more predictable

@@kworu_kewi id recommend not being a hybrid unless you are a control with koko, but if you really want to id recommend awakening your dough, dough v1 isnt good at all but dough v2 atleast has the X stun and V for extending

Ok with the Swan Glasses i do use it for cool down reduction but also for damage and speed since pale scarf/dark coat doesn't give any speed buff (im a shark race user and i rlly want speed)
