- Finally, here's the upgrade ( Engine part ) I did to my YBR 125G to make it 150cc.
The process is compleletly reversible in case something goes wrong. And the power difference is certainly worth the price , seeing that my motorcycle had covered its course of warranty period already.

Naeem bhai is a true mechanic, because not every mechanic is capable to use micrometer screw gauge to measure tiny measurements.......
I have just fitted a 150 kit to my ybr and had the same thing, the piston skirt hitting the crank at BDC. took a few MM from the piston and all is good.

MT Rider What milage you getting after conversion? Also any increase in vibration on higher RPM?
bro asan alfaz mein MT Rider bhai ne piston ki bottom side se kuch mm cut kar dia hai (material removed) takey piston ki jo vertical length hai wo short ho jaye or nechey aney pe crank or piston mein fasla rahey takey piston crank se takra kar engine damge na ho or tik tik tik tik ki awaz paida na karey.... :)

you don't have to mess about with all that.
if you want a ybr to go faster, buy a Y B R CUSTOM chain and sprocket set and a chain breaker to adjust the links on the chain.
the reason to do this is the CUSTOM 125 SPROCKET is 2 teeth smaller .
the bike will do 70mph all day and down hill 80.
revs will be a bit lower ,so when in top gear don't be afraid of using fourth instead.
mpg will improve as well because of lower revs.
my ybr 125 has done over 50000 miles and will still leave the competition behind.
this is from a bloke who is 60 and knows this works .
yamaha ybr 125 bore & stroke 54×54 which is ugliest thing! less bore and more stroke is the main key of any engine.first of all i want to tell u is that, the difference of 3mm bore could not make the engine 124cc to 150cc😥1mm bore will increase 2.4cc🙄so dear ur bike's engine displacement goes to 131.2cc maximum😁.most of mechanics in our country escaped from schools😂.

I have a Yamaha ybr 125ss motorcycle I would like to know if the piston kit fits perfectly in the engine or if you have to make a modification or if you have to buy another extra part.Or just replace the old piston kit with the new one.

yara bahi piston bara laganey sy koi vibration feel ni hoi kya.... matlab yaha tak mera mind kam krta hy... company piston or crank ka balance kr k fitting krti hy...
why did you opened the clutch plate?
when i did it back in 2016.
i did,nt opened anything expect the head cylinder.
and more over never use engine flushes specially in bikes.

So the existing sleeve can be reused? Is its sleeve changed or entire cylinder block?
@13:08 he should have first removed the plug and had turned the flywheel few times. Usi waqt he patha lag jana tha that piston is hitting valves or head or crank . and the worst thing is that that mechanic is reving it hard despite knowing this noise. He is worst then any street mechanic. He should have put his screw gauge to some good use to find deck clearance and valve to crown clearance and should have detected it.

DatBikerDude bro whats the difference u have felt in accelaration and top speed after this conversion.this upload is usless ,if u cannot tell the exact performance of your bike after installing 150 cc kit.
Hassan Safeer just puts a smile on my face when I ride it. Smooth Engine peformance, crosses 100 easily now. 110 to 120 with full throttle at 11000 rpm

The technique of putting in a larger bore sleeve and piston will work on any engine.. Any brand. The AliExpress bore kits are highly recommended..
