My player ratings:
Ospina 5 - at fault for the goal, kicking was poor all game, although made a couple of good saves.
Holding 4 - very hard environment for a youngster, and didn't have the help and support he needed. Poor nonetheless.
BFG 5 - Slow. Simple as that. Slow and ineffective. Didn't really do much all game, defender or not.
Monreal 6 - out of position, didn't have much to do, but solid enough and made no mistakes.
Iwobi 5 - hard environment for him too, but he still has some experience and was average tonight.
Elneny 6 - a couple of poor passes or mistakes, but also set up a few and made some good moves. Fairly solid.
Maitland Niles 8 - out of position and a youngster, he adapted to changed position and created chances with great play.
Bellerin 7 - out of position tbh, but was good enough. Far from his best, but he took his chance and scored.
Walcott 5 - Messed up chances and was always caught offside. Only a 5 because he at least found himself in good areas.
Alexis 8 - a couple of mistakes, but he grew into the game, scored a brilliant goal and set up one too. World class.
Giroud 6 - couple of half chances, did nothing wrong, even did a bit of defending himself. Can't believe we didn't cross to him.
Nelson 7 - only a 7 because he did nothing wrong. The five minutes he got was harsh I thought, wish he'd have started.
Wilshire 8 - HE DIDN'T LEAVE ON A STRETCHER! Wish he'd have started also, very bright and played a part in a goal.
Kolasinac 9 - The tank - played a part in one goal and took one brilliantly. Sublime player!
Wenger 5 - Very poor idea to play three at the back and start certain first team players instead of resting them, and not playing the youngsters we wanted to see. Played so many out of position again, he is seemingly tactically inept. In the second half though he made some of the changes he had to and he had some effect with his team talk. Otherwise poor and un-animated.

It was great to get off to a winning start in the Europa League last night.
Alexis goal celebration says it all.
Sadly yes. How he conducted himself, really pissed me off. Should have sold him to Bayern or anyone else outside the league. Even if it would be for nothing, just to keep Citys dirty hands off of him. And get a replacement that are willing to play as a teamplayer. No doubt Sanchez is going to be a loss, but i think he take down the tempo of Arsenal the way he played against Köln.. Is it worth it? Im starting to believe its not.
But i believe Wenger has failed aswell. He needs to find his first 11, and play them regularly. Get a competative team going. Substitute those who play like shit, and get a good team going. Arsenal isnt playing like a team anymore.

Jayveewww I mean, he looked okay to me. He was able to keep those long passes to him down and he made runs despite being offside. I think for his first time being started since forever, he tried at least.
