Hi all. Would love to get your thoughts and recommendations on Albarino. Cheers
Hi!
Thank you for your videos! :)
Try Vinha da Bouça Alvarinho from the Vinho Verde Region in Portugal (producer: Quinta do Ermizio)!

Cheers!
@@ritaismo Thanks for the recommendation
Hi, I have just recently discovered this grape and, like yourself, I love it. Have had three Alvarinhos from the Vinhos Verdes Monção and Melgaço sub-region, at the North-Eastern tip of Portugal, which is the grape home turf: 2019 and 2020 Quinta da Lixa QL Escolha Alvarinho, and 2016 Quintas de Melgaço QM Alvarinho. Both are good, but I prefer the former.
I work for Maple Springs Vineyard in Bectelsville, PA and we grow Albarino. As a matter of fact, we won "Best White Wine in PA" for our 2017 Albarino in a compittion held in Philadelphia. It continues to be one of our most requested and most sold! I love it!
Congratulations 🎉
Thanks
My friend Rae Wilson makes wine from Texas-grown Albarino and it's nice. Not quite as aromatic or showy, but a solid wine nonetheless. The name of her co-op is 'The Grower Project' if you ever end up in this part of the world. They make very nice wine.
Perfect thanks for sharing
Had a Paco and Lola abarino last night in an Italy VS The World blind tasting. The Albarino won the night!
That sounds a lot of fun
Albarino all the way! - wasn't it fab?
Here in Washington State we are producing some excellent albarino wines. My favorite is from Palencia winery. His albarino is so good, we buy that one by the case.
Love the Pazo! It’s my favourite Albariño
We have the same taste in wine
One of my faves ❤️
Wine is amazing. Thousands of grapes grown all over the world to produce tons of styles for everyone to enjoy. Love learning about wine. I have had a California Alberanio but a Spanish one sounds amazing. I think the California was from Shafer.
Thanks for this. I need to find a California Albarino
Californian Albariño doesn’t compare sadly to Rías Baixas and Vinho Verde ones. The climate is so different.

I want to try this as I love Sauv Blanc and think it might be similar. I'm wondering if it is easy to find in a supermarket.
Hello ! I loved this video. I want your quiz Book but it's to expensive in india so can you help with this like any pdf file or something
Apart from the wines you buy in other countries, where do you buy such great wines? Do you have any websites you could share?
Also, great content, very nice presentations :) keep it up
Thankyou. A lot of the wines I get in the UK are from The Wine Society. They have a really great selection and the organisation has a fantastic reputation.
