As a songwiter, your film inspired lots of lyrics....'Lady Godiver' (a song waiting to be written / already wrote?), 'a human amongst humans' (21' 21')....your channel is a great antidote to the shenanigans that is going on daily at the moment. Rather than stickers, what about badges or something else that people could wear (a bangle / necklace) that promoted your channel? You could have them on a tray (music stand turned horizontal) at the side advertising them for free or a donation?

Hello to you August ! Well this was much awaited I can say, as indeed this was my hometown ! The reason for this city centre built much in the style of " Bauhaus " blocked concrete is that it was destroyed totally in one week of bombing by the Luftwaffe during the war ! Resulting in this hastily rebuilt and somewhat "inhuman " design stemming from the fifties ! Its for this reason that on the surface the town seems to have no Soul ! But indeed as you have seen and witnessed the people are indeed " the Salt of the Earth " and resist this atmosphere installed by their good natured friendliness ! As a young boy the " buskers " of the day, early seventies, all played in a place named the " Burgess " which is a covered by a roof passageway by which all the circulation of the town that day must pass ! But possibly playing through a speaker there might well be too loud and bring you more heat than the sun with surrounding shop owners ! So thankyou for having again made this great and informative video and it raises my heart to see you had a good day of busking in the sun and that my fellow Coventrarians were indeed appreciative of your labours of music and good cheer !
This is so rad! What a great piece of busking history. I could feel the spirit in Coventry and since I played there have met several people from the place who enlightened me to Coventry’s history - wow, that place has been through some wild times!! I loved busking there. Funnily enough, the Bauhaus 1950’s buildings make for some good busking ground! I’ll reply to your other comment on the other comment 😃🙌🏻

I love this questions… to be honest it wouldn’t look a whole lot different to my life now 😃 I’d hurry up with releasing the songs I’ve recorded and I’d do everything in my power to play the MK BOWL which is the venue I saw Green Day play back in 2005 (the moment I realised I wanted to pursue music) as it’s a bucket list goal 🤘🏻 then I’d spend as much time helping out fellow musicians to find it in themselves to chase their dreams as if they only had one year left ✌🏻 and also the obvious like letting my loved ones know how much they mean 😃
My guitar is a Gibson! I've had it for over 12 years now and it's "Road Worn" to say the least 🤣 if the wood could talk it would have some incredible stories! I took up guitar when I was 11 and had various guitar teachers through to being 21, since then it's been all self-practice 😃🙌

Brian my friend! I have been on a yoga/meditation retreat where I chose to go ‘offline’ to really get immersed into it all. It’s been incredible and I’ve had lots of profound thoughts. One thing I’ve really been ruminating on is how grateful I am to be me and be doing all this - this RUclips community means a lot to me and I’m so grateful you’re all here for this journey. Even more so to know you were worried about me! That’s incredible 🙌🏻 Maybe I’ll address the “cashless society” in a video - there’s plenty to say but from a buskers perspective it seems there’s still a fair amount of cash floating around 😃🙌🏻 Thank you again my dude - it’s good to be back!!
