Young mom with new twins and 2 toddlers gets an incredible surprise from a Secret Santa

The EastIdahoNews.com team is busy helping a local Secret Santa give $1 million to deserving people in eastern Idaho this holiday season. Every day, from now until Christmas, we will post videos of the recipients being surprised with these life-changing gifts.
Lolo & Dezi are a wonderful young couple in our community. You will never see them without smiles on their faces and a warm greeting for you. They are always quietly helping in their community, neighborhood and church.
Lolo is originally from Samoa and is the only member of his immediate family living in the United States. He works full-time as an apprentice for a local plumber and attends evening classes to earn his journeyman plumber’s certificate.
Dezi and Lolo have two little girls, ages 3 and 2, and in September had twin boys that were born almost 8 weeks premature. The twins are now home from the hospital and doing well, but this young couple is now facing incredible medical bills plus the cost of formula, diapers, and all other expenses for two babies in addition to the expenses of a family of six.
When the babies were born early, the couple had to rent a home in Idaho Falls to be near them. Lolo also had to miss about four weeks of work so he could help care for his recuperating wife and their other two daughters.
Through it all, you would never know Dezi and Lolo are struggling. They continue to have smiles on their faces, never complain, and do the best that they can every day.
Secret Santa asked the East Idaho News elves to pat Dezi and Lolo a visit with some early Christmas gifts. Watch the video above to see the surprise!

I remember back to being so poor, having 3 young children, a husband that wouldn’t work and didn’t care, frozen water and septic, no car, no phone, no wood for the stove……I wouldn’t go back for nothing ! So to see these young families get a little help just warms my heart !!!

A little kindness goes a Long way! When we had three in diapers, a lady behind me in the checkout at the grocery store pulled all the diapers I was about to purchase back to her section of the belt and told me she'd like to purchase them for me. I was in absolute shock and asked her why. She told me she was very pro-life and that was her ministry. I was incredibly grateful because things were pretty tight financially for us during that time. It was such a blessing!

Loved the twin baby pack this sweet Mother of 4 was carrying. All I could think of was how strong she was, back included, to continue to carry them together while bonding & soothing them. Awww. I'm not shaming anyone, only when you got the dad out at work and taking classes at night, so he can get likely a better job/career, with more money, and Momma looking like she's doing an amazing job though I cannot THINK how much hard work this all is and how absolutely exhausted she must be.

Lord, bless this sweet little momma and her precious little blessings and ofcourse hard working dad. I remember what it was like to have 3 under the age of 3 in diapers. It's not easy by far, but it's all worth it in the end. All 5 of my blessings are very close and each others best friends now 15 years later. God bless and Merry Christmas❤
