- For today's breakfast, I cooked fried rice and fried tilapia with a sauce made with sauteed tomatoes and eggs. It's delicious and nutritious. We ate beside the green ricefields while enjoying the greeneries and some cool breeze.

Thats a South East Asian country which focusing to agricultural method to live,its natural to see,in African continent its difficult to witness this type of atmosphere due to conflicts

My daddy was from Ilocos Sur and such a wonderful cook. I also was raised on Philippino food. Watching this video brought back such wonderful memories of my father. I miss him so much.

I wish I could visit the Philippines, my mom's native country after this pandemic, or when I turn 18. Thank you for sharing this slice of life in your countryside. My mom loves to cook Filipino foods and other mouth-watering stuff, and now I know that like you, she must have been well-trained in using earthen stove, pots, firewood, and relying on whatever ingredients readily available around the house.

I grow up in the barrio of makilala cotabato in Mindanao, Philippines, what I've seen on the vedio is the same thing of what we were doing in our village. We live in simple, happy and contented life. Living a simple life is the best. Missing the old days when I was still growing up back home in the province. It was the kind of life I was brought up with🙏🙏
My grandmother's lifestyle was exactly like this, and even though we have a good house, money to shop, and consoles to play games in, I still chose to live for several months with my nanay. This kind of lifestyle teaches me to appreciate nature more. You should try living this kind of lifestyle guys it's really refreshing

I really appreciate your use of native Filipino utensils, bag/basket, plates, hat, etc. whether that’s by choice (original content like how channels just use camping tools for cooking) or if that’s really how you guys live right now. I also love that most, if not all, produce you use are not bought and are accessible to you. I think it’s one way to promote local native products and growing own produce/farming/gardening. I was born and raised in Manila and I really envy life in the countryside. It looks so serene and peaceful. That sarsiado and fried rice also looked very delicious and eating in the open air was just incomparable.
I'm from Vancouver, Canada and know that this is an idealized version of country life in the Philippines. But I have quite a few friends of Filipino heritage and they would tell me of life in the villages with such fondness and good memories. When I saw how you prepared the food, all from the local area, I was simply having a mouth watering experience! I could almost smell the food as you were cooking it....Filipinos are big hearted and loyal friends, who also love sharing their beautiful culture. Thx, for sharing this....
