Love London this time of year! I don’t know how many hundred times i’ve walked up and down these streets, swearing to myself at the crowds, and now seeing it so empty and peaceful is so surreal.
Wonderful walk...finishing up just past my 1st London hotel some 30 years ago this week in June 1990...The Mount Royal. Is now the Amba Marble Arch. Thank you for continuing to share your city.
I was supposed to go to London in August but unfortunately I had to cancel :( I'm not comfortable travelling overseas yet but when I am, London will be the first place I go back to!
I'm a Londoner born and bred and much as I love London, I don't like Oxford St as it's totally soulless and could be a giant shopping centre anywhere. I prefer it like this.
It looks like Oxford Street in a parallel universe!! 😬 Something nice about the pavements though... they look cleaner and brighter. Probably just because there are less people on the pavement. Thanks for getting out there and showing us, it's good to see it. I've been watching some walking videos on New York recently too... that's even stranger... shops shut because of lockdown and now shop windows boarded up because of street troubles. We are very lucky we haven't got those kind of problems too.
just found your channel by chance, great video. It is so quiet apart from the construction. Those empty buses seem pointless. How many of those shops will ever reopen 🤔☹

Cool vid,as always.Alot of streets here in the states look the same way, well before riots..😂😂.Your the best.No talking, just great views. Many thanks again.
hmmm idk mb it's just me but your videos filmed with Go Pro 7 works better to me. they seem like more realistic cuz when you walking..... - you can kinda feel the city... like it's way more dynamic and there's no this awkward stabilizer effect which is not really natural to me personally but.....it's just only my thoughts. keep doing the great work. cheers
Thank you Watched Walker. People ask when it will be normal, but if what was normal was it or maybe it should change something. Maybe we need to rethink our past life. What do you think about this.

GREAT !! ...The Best Walker is Back !!...haven't seen you do much LOCKDOWN walks , hopefully more to come soon.
I've done a few 😎
Dang.Hes the best.
like a sunday in the 70's
Yeah :)
Everyday is like Sunday.. now
Patricia Frei agreed! And how feckin boring is that!
Yeah it is.He could have put The Andy Griffith theme on here and it would have fit.😂😂😂
That’s true! London was just like this on Sundays.
Love London this time of year! I don’t know how many hundred times i’ve walked up and down these streets, swearing to myself at the crowds, and now seeing it so empty and peaceful is so surreal.
I am enjoying the slower pace of life at the moment.
AMAZING!! Absolutely love your videos !! It’s like I’m holding the camera myself. Thank you for sharing these iconic sites with us
My pleasure Laya, so pleased you're enjoying my videos!!
Its nuts because London is usually extremely crowded. Very odd to see London like this.
Oxford Street looks unrecognisable like a parallel universe.
Hard to believe that this is usually the busiest street in London. Wow!
Whenever i see your videos, i virtually reach there and feel as if i am walking. Though i reside in India, my heart and soul lies there.
Wonderful walk...finishing up just past my 1st London hotel some 30 years ago this week in June 1990...The Mount Royal. Is now the Amba Marble Arch. Thank you for continuing to share your city.
The Mount Royal ! Stayed there for a couple of nights on a school trip, Feb 1991. Good times !
Thanks for always making these man, you're the best!
Omg finally!!! But how bizzaro and unreal. So glad you’re back at it and I love your vids! Thank you for taking a walk for us today!
Miki, thanks so much!!

Thanks 🙏❤️
I was looking at some of your pre-Covid vids. I miss those times, it's heartbreaking seeing London like this 😥💔
Stay safe mate
Thanks for giving us the taste of quiet London during lockdown. It looks clean, no litter.
Very nice weather and look clean...
Very nice walk as usual. Good weather in London! Have a great day.
Thanx for the update Dear Watched Walker, i hope life will be back to normal ASAP. stay safe, stay healthy.
Ameen, thank you, you too!
The best walking videos...like to see your binaural recording set up , really adds a new dimension to your videos, with headphone.
Watched Walker we've missed you!
Thank you Jeff!
The Oxford Street was always the busiest and full of people. I used to go there a lot for shopping and hangout with friends. Can't believe this
Love walking in London on a sunny day and you get around quicker then going on tube
Looks like a different place - not the London I know and miss. Thanks for the walk. I hope we do go back to some kind of normal one day 🙏
GST, I hope so too!

You prefer your city being closed , businesses closed, people having no money and your economy bleeding?
Although it looks nice, it’s not. The economy is non existent and many people are going to loose their jobs
6:07 that loong empty shot somehow made me anxious. I almost expected a jumpscare at some point
Great video!
Beautiful streets 💕

Try to walk inside the Buckingham Palace and record it so we could see the chandeliers. Hahahah
I'm waiting for the Queen to invite me to come film - well, I'd be happy to just film the back garden!
