OMG RVA native here!! Our city has such rich history so it’s chalk full of paranormal stories and legends. The church hill tunnel is so spooky because parts of the train that were buried in the collapse are still in there to this very day. The tunnel is flooded and the soil that makes up the hill is basically clay so it’s too dangerous to try to excavate the rest of the train. Hollywood Cemetery is spooky but gorgeous because it overlooks the James River rapids. I remember going to the Richmond vampires vault with my mom when I was little and her telling me the story and being friggin terrified lol Monumental Church was built in honor of the people who died in the Richmond Theater fire. There’s all kinds of fact and legends about the architecture and it’s also supposed haunted.
As an Australian, I always get so excited to see any mention of an Australian town on any mysteries/murder channels! It's awesome to see Canberra get a mention on this list! ♥
If anyone likes old movies, I recommend The Fighting Sullivans, which is about the five brothers killed in WWII featured in this video. I also recommend a box of Kleenex while you watch it.
@@ADITADDICTS I just found out it was taking on water back in April and was listing 22 degrees, but as of Memorial Day, people could start going aboard again!!!
No brothers can serve in the same unit or ship any more because they all died and it wiped out the whole generation of sulivans ..... brilliant film and they only died because they refused to leave a brother
I’ve investigated Souter a couple of times over the years. Never really captured anything there, but still a cool place to visit. Sadly, National Trust put an end to all paranormal investigations 😔 Back in North Shields though, the North Shields East End Youth and Community Centre is said to be haunted as it’s built on the site of the old Wilkinson’s lemonade factory that was bombed in 1941, killing 107 people using its basement as an air raid shelter. Details of it only emerged recently after the British press weren’t allowed to report on the deaths due to wartime propaganda. The Customs House in South Shields is also active. That was used as a mortuary for the bodies of sailors that died whilst out at sea. If you ever go backstage, there’s a staircase that has wooden panels in the steps that have the patterns of coffins in them that pays homage to the building’s past. It is also compulsory for staff working in the building to do shifts in pairs after a cleaner said she was attacked by a dark figure leaving her unwell.
That’s got to be one of the most under valued comments I’ve come across on yt. Thank you for taking the time to share such interesting information about history and it’s paranormal activity.
Tyler, I used to live in Clarence, near Transit!!!! Edit: the road might have been Greiner. My grandfather founded Clarence Sand and Gravel. His concrete built most of Buffalo! He was born in 1900. The gravel pit is now filled with water, which is normal.

I was born and raised in Rochester NY which is about 30 minutes drive from buffalo. Needless to say over the years I've been to buffalo countless times, including spending the night on the USS Sullivan as a youngin while in girl scouts. It's definitely haunted. Thanks for doing this video
I went this weekend to Lake Elsinore and driving down a mountain there's this white house that looks like a haunted house with a barn from a horror movie. I bet if you stare at it you will see an old woman in the attic window looking back at you.
Um something needs to be done immediately to stop Grimson from being released! Pronto! Only 22 yrs for murdering 2 people? The justice system I hope has improved over there. The 5 brother's that were killed broke my heart 💔 I can relate to the lights flickering and batteries draining etc. When my father was killed on the Ocean Ranger in 1982, while they were still searching for his body which was never found, the next day our lights in our house were going on and off like crazy. The TV was flipping channels on it's own and this was a time when we still had an antenna on the roof and a box on top of the TV. After time went by my mom told us to never be afraid of what happened. That was dad letting us know that he was ok and everything was going to be alright.
Just joined too close to home from the 2$ tier! I live in Bradenton Fl. There was actually a brutal murder at the house next door to mine in 1998. I’d love to hear it covered
It is a real testament to the human spirit as to how these spirits who have passed under less than ideal and expected circumstances, are still trying to tell their own story of their death.
Great video! One correction though. USS The Sullivans (DD-537) is a Fletcher class destroyer decommissioned in 1965. What you verbally referenced is DDG-68, USS The Sullivans, Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer which is still an active ship in US Navy and the second to bear their names.

My aunt and uncle bought a home from Civil War Era and 10 acers. The owner sold them the house for $1.00 yes a buck, if the bought the acers. Lots of paranormal activity, photos. & videos.....
Your voice!!!!😍 I swear you should do creepy pasta stories or narrate long stories because every video I listen to in your voice it’s just so relaxing.🤗
The Sullivans ship saw action in WWII, Korea and the Cuban missile crisis. It was never damaged when ships around it were. This April they had a power outage and a hull breach. It took on 3 million gallons of water. They were pumping out 13,000 gallons of water per minute. In May, they fixed 51 holes in the hull and cleaned up an oil spill. Luckily, the water is only 5' deep there and they have the money for it.
I often thought that they have all the Sullivan brothers assigned to one ship meant a lot of people was not taking the war seriously....more like a family field trip.
I'd say it's easy to not take it seriously after awhile, especially since a lot of them were young inexperienced men, like a majority of war is spent just waiting
