This video is NOT the actual 1977 TV broadcast. This video was constructed from audio and video presently existing on the web, and the editing was done to mimic a 1970's TV network broadcast. The editing was also informed by my own childhood recollection. I hope everyone enjoys watching. HAPPY HALLOWEEN! - Развлечения
That CBS special intro was always exciting! 😁
Yeah I remember that.
There's nothing else like it!
I remember watching this Holloween special as a kid in 1977.
Not mention we lived down the street from Oak Grove cemetery, which made it even more spooky at the time.
My parents would also buy Del Monte corn....R.I.P, Mom and Dad..
Thanks for posting this...Liked ❤💯👍

My God I was 4 years old when this cartoon came out. I miss shows like these.
Always loved the cuts to them walking as a group and all their “cool walks”….. especially Albert’s diddy-bop bouncy walk 😂
Yeah I think Fat Albert liked his burgers, shakes and fries
Wowwwww, man outta sight. This takes me back to my childhood.
No laugh track. Interesting
Holy fuck this is surreal... Just the commercials, what in the God damn!?
my dad was born in '77 and my mom was 7 years old lol
Happy halloween
As a kid there was never anything more exciting than hearing, " Tonights regularly scheduled program will not be seen tonight.' You knew something good was coming on, ESPECIALLY during the Halloween season! 1977, here i come! Thank you for uploading!
I was only 3 years old the night this aired
Same here. Few days after my birthday.
Nah nah nah gonn have a good time!
Im fairly certain that no one would really take this as an advocation towards Bill Cosby's personal character or actions. But it is sad that you have to even post that in the description, and for various reasons.
I'm glad most people can seperate the art from the artist here. And seriously thank you for posting this
Haven’t seen this since I was a kid! thanks for posting it.
I was third grade when Fat Albert's Halloween cartoon aired. Now I have it on DVD. I miss the days of simple life.
Now that we can watch it any day of the year it doesn't seem as special
The Halloween 🎃 special is a Very Good episode of Fat Albert 1977
Bless you for this
Happy Halloween 2023! I love these retro specials! Back in the day, this Halloween special was on Channel 2, KNXT, Los Angeles. 🎃🎃🎃🎃
What a treat! I missed watching this classic! Talk about nostalgia. Thanx for posting! 🎃 👻

This must come from the 1980 reairing because the first Kelloggs commercial premiered in 1980. When this special aired in syndication in the 1980s, Cosby recorded a voiceover for the closing credits that went something like "When this special first aired, it was okay for children to go trick and treating by themselves. Well, times have changed. Never go out by yourself. Make sure an adult goes with you."
I used to have this taped off of cable in the '80s. I remember the credits had a voiceover from Cosby saying that this was special was produced when trick-or-treating at strangers' homes was safe, but that was now no longer the case. Anybody else remember that?
Sounds like what Mudfoot said. That was Cosby's voice
That new character they added to the Halloween special Devery was funny, too bad he wasn't included in the regular series.
Yeah he definitely stole the show
It's weird, I saw this as a kid and I clearly remember Rudy dressed as a Matador
🤔
Guess you got the characters mixed up
@@attila7092 yep
5:35....its perfect
11:02 MF Doom sampled this part (for anyone searching for it)
The pearl-clutching in the description was unnecessary and hilarious.
26:47 Uh-Oh
I'm surprised none of them dressed up like the Brown Hornet.
That could've been a series of its own if they ever thought about it.
The Brown Hornet wasn't introduced till the early 80s.
