What do you do to keep your immune system up? We take our vitamins, and Elderberry liquid daily. My husband and I are getting over covid , I got it after traveling to Raleigh for our daughter’s college graduation. Praise God we didn’t have to stay in the hospital. We just had to rest, drink fluids, hot beverages, ibuprofen and more rest. I have been home for about 14 days, minus going to urgent care and the grocery store once. A few more days home for the rest of the family .
So many children out here need a mother like you instead of the one they have. 💯
