It's October 23rd 2024 and I'm still bouncing with Cannibal and Sharama❤❤ I'll come back here in the year 2080 to confirm if my comment is still alive.
Relocating to Nairobi killed their fame, didn't receive proper marketing investments they thought they would. I once lived in the same hood with them but I was young that time (2006),they were very talented. They were among the original founders of Ukoo Flani, Nairobi's Mau Mau members and other interested people used to travel all the way to Mombasa's Barsheba and Kizingo just to perform street cypher with them and battle rap. But the Nairobians walikua wanaoshwa mbaya, there's also another once their member by the name Fujo Makelele he was mad talented when it comes to battle raps, he used to stay in Barsheba. Later Mau Mau invited them to Nairobi so that they can join to form Ukoo Flani Mau Mau, that's when things started turn bad as some of the members i.e Fujo Makele were against that decision but had no enough power to stop it. The whole move by Mau Mau was definitely calculated to finish them.
It's Clemmo, but if you this this beat is one of the their best, I dare you to listen to the songs they recorded in Mombasa by Tabasam Records' producer Hassan; "Street Hustler", "Kichwa Kibov" etc 🔥
Correction: This track was made by Hassan "Bablee" Omar of Tabasam Records in Mombasa. This kind of pumping beats were his signature style, he's the one who made alot of their other songs, i.e; "Street Hustler", "Kichwa Kibov" etc. Hassan also produced "Sokoro" by Sokoro. If you listen to all this tracks you'll realize the beats kinda resemble each other.
@@euginewynes watch Eric Musyoka on "CTA" talking about producing Bouncing. This is his track. The only music producer from back in the day who would make such dope beats using the drum machine (Mandugu Digital comes close though)
Correction: This particular track was produced by Hassan of Tabasam Records in Mombasa. Looks like Calif Record was just marketing the track if not album, due to the fact this song comes from their album "Street Hustler" which was a project by Tabasam Records.
