I think I'll forever be in love by the thought of unhappy endings. This is the reason why A walk to remember was my favorite movie of all time. This movie somehow made me see the beauty in having to let go,on moving on or in losing someone I guess at some point in our life we met someone and we think we could be with them forever but in reality we're all given a limited amount of time to be with that person whether you end up together or not there's always a reason 💚
I never get tired of this movie (or watching clips). The only scene missing here is the one where Landon and his father hug. That part makes me cry every time. :)
certain scenes like the thank you part where Landon's crying & the proposal & when they're lying in the hospital bed together were just so powerful to me... i'm such a sucker for romance movies that'll make me cry .
This is a excellent movie with a powerful message. Love is not selfish or mean or proud. Also we should Never take some one at face value. In every person there is a nugget of gold somewhere inside them . Don't make fun because everyone has value . God loves all of us equally

Like she said in the movie he was her miracle you can love more than one person in a lifetime none of us know Gods plans you just have to be able to see the good he will make out of it. She could have been sick and not ever found love before death and Landon could’ve stayed the hateful and wounded boy he was instead of changing and wanting to better because he loved her. They were good for each other even if it was brief they will meet again in heaven. And if this story was real I don’t doubt later God would allow Landon to love again 😊
I fell that any relationship he have after Jamie would fall short.So he will probably spend the rest of his life alone maybe helping the less fortunate volunteere on doctors without border or something similar.

I remember seeing this for the first time and thinking it was going to be just some generic teen romance movie. I had no idea what was coming, and I cried so hard that I gave myself a horrible headache that lasted almost 24 hours. Worth it!
The connection betwn the pair..it didn't feel like two actors enacting their roles..it felt so real. I'm seeing it for the first time...the Ryan O'Neal/Ali Mcgraw 'Love Story' that ends similarly ws considered epic at that time but this far surpasses that for the superb performances by the lead pair and the soul touching tale..

I had my first real love this last summer I took him on vacation with me and we had kissed cuddled he held me when I cried about my insecurities then it was all back to normal after that vacation. Now we don't talk he glares at me and looks at me with hatred. I wish our friendship was the same. I met a french guy way back in 2008 i'm older than him and he is a christian and i'm muslim... despite of our difference..we fell inlove and promised to each other that we will get married in my country.. but what happen was unexpected that i'd rather accept that he marry other girl than him getting sick ... 2011 when he died ... just like this movie.. he taught me how to fight and move on, and also to thank Allah swt.(God) no matter what...and to keep remembering him..i keep watching this movie and it's weird i know all their lines ...and still crying on it... 😢😢😢😭
