i keep boxes in my suv to keep the orders separate. today was crazy. double orders and everyone wanted.....W A T E R.. oh brother. Costco ran out 2 x. so the customers were like 'are you SURE they are out of water?' yeah they are out. i sent them a picture each. all four wanted a pic that i already sent and said i am sorry they are out. 3 out of 4 said no worries. the 4th got snippy for some reason. well i though that was the end of it all. but support reached out top me after my 4th order to tell me that they removed her 1 star rating. plus she zeroed out her tip to $0. but with instacarts fraud prevention they gave me back her tip. it was $9.00. so they also banned her..woah what? cool i guess. it turns out she has been doing this to ALL of her shoppers. justice served i suppose. looking forward to tomorrow.

jesus, sounds like a headache. i would’ve been so mad, thank god for that instacart fraud prevention because that’s ridiculous. some people just don’t get it, even after the proof is sent to them. i’ve only had a like 1 or 2 times where the tip was taken away and i think i got my money back too 😂
