로얄앤컴퍼니 정도면 거의 전 과정 자동화 되어있을 줄 알았는데, 도기 생산 과정은 선진국이나 후진국이나 별 차이가 없군요. 대부분 수작업이 필요하니.
도자기류는 엥간하면 대부분 수작업이 많겠죠 ㅎㅎ
썸네일 거대한 대변기 인 줄 알고 개놀램ㅋㅋ
이 전 과정중에 수작업 비중이 아주 높다니 놀랐어요. 장인정신이 느껴집니다.

What's in the blue canisters, isn't that super glue by any chance?
are all these things made of porcelain?
Interesting process enjoyed watching
They are made of ceramic clay that hardens under high heat. Super glue would burn at such temperatures since it's a polymer, so i doubt that the blue canisters contain any kind of glue. More likely it is some dampening agent that keeps the clay from drying out too fast, which would cause cracks and defects in the final product, due the stresses of shrinking when the water evaporates.
@@michelauspimmelberger It was a super glue joke. It seems to me that this is some kind of plasticizer that breaks clay, everything is regulated by temperature and time spent in the oven and gradually spoils the moisture
It's glycerin! Michel is correct, it's used to control drying.

I wish there was a better looking toilet. Old fashion and what if someone made same as normal toilet but nicer colour not big ugly and a self nice scent and a more modern look and ultra music sound be fun you can choose. One jazz 🎷 one ballet swan lake and one rock ACDC.. Yep 👍👏👏 then a squirt of nature spray of spring. Maybe graffiti look.
Don't wish. Start your own business and make the product you want. It's so much easier to do so now compared to 50 years ago.
