Sir मैं अभी 24 साल का हुं.महाराष्ट्र के मुंबई उपनगर जिल्हे से हुं.साल 2013-2014 मे School Me Kabbadi खेलते समय Ground पे गिर जाणे के Vajah से मेरे Right Knee मे Dard होणे के कारण मुझे 5-6 Months Knee मे बहोत दर्द होता था चलने मे भी तकलीफ थी .तो उसके बाद Hospital मे Knee की Laser Surgery हो गयी But उसके 1-2 साल बाद में जैसे जैसे बडा होणे लगा वो Knee(जिस्का Surgery )हु था Usme तेडा पण आणे लगा. तो Usko हमने वो Hospital मे दिखाया तभी Doctor Bole की Calcium की कमी के कारण हु है.तो बोले थे आपकी एक Aur येक Surgery करणी Padi गी Aisa नहीं बताया की वो कब करणी है But वो बोले करणी पडेगी तो तब हमारी Financial Condition अच्छी नहीं था तो मेने परेंट्स को समझाया की बाद मे कभी तो करलेंगे जब मेरी Surgery हुई थी तब मे Kuch तो 13-14 साल का था But अभी 24 साल का हो गया हुं अभी. मेरे knee तकलीफ तो नहीं है लेकीन जब मे खडा होता हुं तो Right Knee Left Knee से एकदम पास मे आ जाता है Aur वो फिर जरा सा मतलब 1-2 inch तेडा दिखता है. Sir Kya आप मुझे Consult कर सकते हैं ? क्युंकी Sir आपकी Videos देख के मुझे Inspiration मिलती है Aur ठोडीसी Hope भी.😊
Sir i am a medical student from Kolkata. My mother 65y/o has h/o Mitral stenosis with atrial fibrillation. She had an embolic episode in her right lower limb. Embolectomy was done followed by which fasciotomy and debridement was done below knee. Now due to contracture she got equinus deformity along wth limb shortening and is using orthosis to walk. Ct angiography done shows blood supply in lower leg now but with lot of collaterals. she cannot even walk a step without orthosis. I talked to few orthopedic surgeons but they said its very complex for them. Is there any possible management for her limb so that she can walk atleast few steps without orthosis considering her compromised health issue. If yes how should i contact you. Any sort of help would matter a lot. Thank you 🙏
