Ingredients
1-2 pork tenderloin - it depends on how big you are (I had a pork tenderloin with a thumb 1200g)
salt, pepper, 4 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons mustard, 2-3 tablespoons olive oil, 2-3 onions
sauce - 250ml whipped cream, salt, pepper
attachment . branbory, french fries, some salad ....
I was baking at 170 ° C - hot air oven - probe set at 75 ° C - 15-20 minutes (the length of baking was monitored by a probe)
I put the potatoes in the oven after cooking, after taking out the doll, I set the oven to 220 ° C - the grill and left for a while
