This year is SM 30th anniversary so we get alot of SM hits songs sang by other group like kind of a homage. i like Happiness...its got representative from the youngest groups in SM Wish n Riize!!! n of cos the gooffiest WayV member my bias XJ and Hendary
I know others have already told this but H.O.T are THE OG kpop group, the first boy group of Kpop. SM in general is what started Kpop. Without SM non of the other companies like JYP, YG and others would come out. That's exactly why SM still holds so much power in kpop, that they can blacklist any artist on the spot even though they don't look out for good stream or strategy but its obvious how SM managed to keep everything under hold. Each of SM's groups opened up doors for different markets and aspects, that others in kpop follow now.
h.o.t are absolute legends! kangta is an active artist under SM and tony does not perform anymore but he made an appearance for this year's smtown specially! I saw others telling you they're the first bg in SM but they're also the first Kpop bg ever! their songs are known by all generations in Korea and they were a 5 member group

SMTR are SM trainee and the number 25 is taken from 2025. in total 25 male trainees also perform a variety of songs from SM artist. And there are actually a lot of trainees who also watch the show in the audience seats. for all those guys, sadly we don't know how many people make their debut.
they kinda changed it, back then nct, red velvet and ningning from aespa were also open trainees, they were SR13B, SR14B, SR15B, they were infamous SM Rookies and the numbers are the year they were introduced, now they changed it to SMTR25, sm training in 2025

i don’t think they change it cause shohei eunseok and seunghan were smrookies.. these boys are smtr25 bcs they’re simply trainees, smrookies are people who are set to debut but trainees can come and go

Actually, if you watch Suho's solo concert, Suho has a slightly rock band solo style and his delivery is also very active.
