Allergic (To The Thoughts Of Mother Earth) lyrics:
Any means in your horizon, Heaven in a tourniquet
The after life to keep your eyes on bitter pill you take today
With expert levitation forward, polished to the nth degree
It takes it's smile from every children, you take the beatin'
Any means in your horizon, every mink walks two by two
We gamble to be born again, you know I never wanted to
Expert levitation forward, polished to the nth degree
Takes it's smile from every children, you take the beatin'
The light divinin', the light definin'
The light divinin', the light dividin'
Don't let me down, let me, let me down, don't let me
Don't let me down, let me, let me down, let me
Don't let me down, let me, let me down, don't let me
Don't let me down, let me, let me down, let me
The light divinin', the light definin'
The light divinin', the light dividin' - Видеоклипы
First three albums are emotional gold of my youth. And youth can survive
Same. I'm sad the band went to shit after them.
came back to placebo after years.. this feels so nostalgic and magical.
nostalgia is a beautiful thing
me tooo!! Feel the same. I see scenes of my young years when I listen to Placebo.
i am 51yrs old and still love all of placebo.s music
Im 13 and a new fan for placebo :)
Helena N then enjoy them
The most underrated band in the universe
Ever heard of XTC?
They were. But not anymore since Meds. And Never Let Me Go sucks balls too.
Hells yeah
I love them utterly and completely. But no. Just the fact that I ever got to listen to them in the first place in this hell hole I live in means they had their fair share of exposure and very well deserved praise.
Underrated?
One of their best ever songs, just such a sweet flow and vocals to it. Sounds so fresh.
Superb music. Very expressive, minimal, focused and while aware of its influences it nonetheless offers something completely original. I'm pleased that 20 or so years ago the 18year old me had enough taste to enjoy Placebo.
makes 2 of us! and still love them.
Without you is the best album
2:05 the sound of having anxiety in a cold morning..
Well put.
One of the best songs they have ever done.
Any means in your horizon

The light divining,
the light defining,
the light divining,
the light dividing.
Don't let me down,

don't let me,
don't let me down,
let me-he,
let me down,
let me. [Repeat once]
The light divining,
the light defining,
the light divining,
the light deviding.
Favorite song! That noise part that played behind the bridge with tremolo in the live version make me rock!
This song is trully unbelievable!
"The afterlife to keep your eyes on, Bitter pill you take today" Love Brian's lyrics🙏❤️
What I would do to see Placebo live pre-2005. Anyone with a time machine?
It's called RUclips.
Live in Paris 2003 DVD has everything you need.
I can confirm they were awesome. Saw them on this album tour among others
I did plenty. Was good times
I saw them by the time
I like that sound he does with the strings where it’s like strumming the strings on the headstock I believe
First GREAT album... Says all without ANY BS...🌧️🌩️❄️🕸️☔

I've always loved this song by Placebo. It was playing in my head the entire running of Darren Aronofsky's Mother! Very good film and very helpful song... :)

Placebo forever
I envy ya'll who were there during the release of this album.
PSYCK opening riff on the headstock or past the bridge I would think. Bless reminiscent of Sonic Youth, Bull in the Heather. Wicked harmonics in the bridge! NICE abstract abstract plane.
Brian Milko is intelligent!
Love💟

You know I never wanted to...
Back from when they made great music. Too bad they died after Sleeping with Ghosts.
Is she awake
This whole album was amazing. Meds ruined Placebo for me, I haven't heard this in years.
+JiHottist Meds had a few good songs, which is more than you can say for Battle for the Sun.
+JiHottist for me, meds is the best album that was ever recorded...
...from one of the best bands ever founded
+JiHottist I find all their albums equally good.
I felt incredibly let down by Meds when it first came out, but looking back, I would say Song to Say Goodbye and Follow the Cops back home are decent. Everything post-2006 however was pretty awful.
meds ruined it for me too
