Actually you can. The primary colours used in painting aren't red, green and blue (RGB) like in the light. They are cian, magenta and yellow (CMY). That said, it doesn't mean you can't use red, yellow and blue (RYB). A fun fact about it is that combining the primary colours of RGB you get the primary colours of CMY while combining the colours of CMY you get the ones from RGB.

Teke Teke is a Japanese Urban legend about a girl that had gotten stuck on a train track and was cut in half at the hips by the train. From what I remember if you walk home alone at night Teke Teke will ask you where her legs were or something like that. The answer is Meishin Railway. She also asks who told you the answer. There are a few but one is, "Mask Death Demon." If you answer these questions correctly she will leave you alone (I think) If you answer incorrectly she will kill you. She is too fast to run away from.
