Hmm. Ok you could make chocolate ganache tartelettes. Fill the shells with chocolate ganache (1 bag chocolate chips, 1 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp honey, melt at a lower simmer until smooth.) Spoon into tartelettes and the top with whipped cream out of a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Or you could also try the chocolate macaroon recipe on Kin (in the dessert playlist) no eggs and they are delicious, inexpensive and easy! Enjoy!
Aw! You're so sweet :) So glad you are enjoying the videos! I'm certainly having a lot of fun making them! And yes they even make me want to host more parties! LOL!
Beth, your videos have honestly inspired me to get cooking. I just finished college and felt somewhat clueless in the kitchen, until I stumbled upon your videos. My friends and family are thrilled. Thank you for your tasty menus and simple steps. Keep the videos coming. Bon apetit!
Beth you are such an inspiration. I love cooking for my family and your recipes are so easy and detailed!! Thank you so much! I'm going to try this tomorrow. Can't wait.
I'm so happy whenever I see new video of Beth's menu on my subscription list.Thank you so much,Beth, the menu is as nice as always,YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!
hello Beth, i just stumbled upon your videos yesterday and i havent stop watching it, seriously it's been 4hours or so!! haha they are so fun to watch, not boring, very clear instructions and lovely videography. eventhough i can't eat all of your recipes, i love the ideas and they clearly makes me want to host a party, thankyou so much for being on youtube, you are simply AWESOME!
Can't wait for the thanksgiving videos... looking forward to them. Me being the only vegetarian in my carnivore family I actually enjoy always preparing thanksgiving dinner.
I love your menu videos!!! theyre so great, I love how you say the game play for entertaining. so amazing thank you so much. these are my favourite videos to watch
Gosh Beth, you've done it AGAIN! Every single dish looks absolutely delicious! Thank you sooo sooo much for sharing! I can't wait to try out ALL of the recipes next month! :D
Thank you so much! I didn't realize the information was in the game plan. :D Very excited for the vegetarian thanksgiving episode! You're the best Beth! :)
Aw thanks! That idea is the best fake out ever, and you can do it with so many flavors and mixins! It's the best, I may never get my ice cream machine fixed! LOL! :)
Looks amazing! What temp do you cook the mushrooms at? Didn't see it in the recipe. I can't wait to try to soup. Thanks! You come up with the best menus.
Oh yes! That's a great idea! I love a good Chicken Caesar Salad too! Sure I can add that to the list! (I keep a list of user requests and look at it each month before shoot and try to include as many requests as I can. So yes, Chicken Caesar Salad going on the list!) :)
Hmm yes that is a tricky one, no eggs for dessert. BUT, I do have 2 desserts in next week's Vegetarian eps that do not use eggs. One is a pear tart made with puffed pastry (puff pastry is a good option since it's just butter and flour) and another that is just a baked pear stuffed with nuts, raisins and spices, another good one. Actually, in our DESSERTS playlist, there's a great Blueberry dessert with puffed pastry and cream cheese that doesn't use any eggs, that's a great one
Actually you don't need to buy no boil noodles for the Lasagna. My Dad has always used plain lasagna noodles, never boiled them and it turns out perfect every time. Just add extra sauce on top! :3 Just found this channel BTW and can't stop watching it!!!
There are a lot of great egg substitutes available at specialty grocery stores like Whole Foods. I've used Ener-G for baking and it worked well. Tofu usually works a little better for cooking recipes as an egg replacer.
Oh so good to know! Who knew! I now feel so informed :) I also didn't know that marshmallows weren't vegetarian either!? Yikes I've been feeding those to vegetarians for years, I feel horrible! I guess it's a learning process, so thank you very much for bringing this to my attention! :)
Hi Beth - I am in love with your videos. You are awesome. I just had a question. For how long do you heat the pizza stone. I recently bought one and tried to make indian bread (Naan) and to my bad luck it got stuck. I think it was not hot enough. It would be great if you would answer this. Thanks.
OK, here's what you could do instead. Replace it with a creamy bechamel sauce, which is delicious in lasagna, because it combines with the tomato sauce and creates a pink sauce. So good! Here's how you make it: Melt 5 tbsp of butter in a pan, add 5 tbsp flour, stir until paste forms, slowly add 3-4 cups of milk, depending upon how thick you like it, allow to cook for 5-10 mins on simmer to thicken. Then add 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp white pepper, 1/4 tsp black better. Delish! :) B
Thank you so much! I am going to try this lasagna recipe because I do not like meat in my lasagna,I always pick it out when someone makes it.I recently became a vegetarian (that eats dairy) on July 4th 2014 so I need more things to eat cause Im lost
Hi Beth, as a veggie I love your recipes. I am a big fan of your channel. I need your help with a soup. How to make red bell pepper soup with a tangy flavour? If you can ever do a recipe I will be the first to try out. Thank you. Greetings from Holland.. Danielle
Thank you Beth. The menu was well thought out and the spinach lasagna looks amazing. I think you do a wonderful job talking to us through out the video. I feel like we're girlfriend swapping recipes in your kitchen.
Yes of course. That would be a great thing to do! But if you are looking for a vegetarian main course for Tday, you may want to hold out until you see my Vegetarian Thanksgiving eps :) Coming up next Sat! :) Beth
Thank you! It sounds amazing! I'm making this for my family and friends next sunday the 18th. They'll be here around 12 and dinner is around 6. How long can I keep the lasagna in the fridge? Sorry for the trouble! Thank you!
Beth, I am a huge fan of your videos and a vegetarian, so I can't thank you enough for this! Something to keep in mind: most cheeses are not vegetarian as they contain animal rennet (derived from the stomach of calves). I've found that Whole Foods stocks a lot of vegetarian cheese (marked on the container) and I know most of the Cabot cheeses are vegetarian. Perhaps this is something to keep in mind with your next vegetarian videos. Thank you again!
Really? That's so good to know! Because sometimes I can't find those noodles! I'm definitely going to try that! Yes BEWARE: This channel is addictive! :)
How about a birthday menu for kids? So it's not the typical Pizza pies with a bunch of junk food and sodas. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but it would be nice for a healthier change. Fun drinks for kids would be cool too.
Hi Beth! Thank you sooo much for your recipes! However, i really need your help.. my good friend's baby shower is happening end of this month and she would really LOOOVEEE that i make her some deserts.. Sadly, most deserts are made with eggs.. She is unable to eat things that involves eggs because she just had an operation and due to chinese traditions as well. It would be great if u can create a video of a variety of deserts ranging from cupcakes to cakes to cookies that is tasty? :)
Thank you for making this menu, I am glad you made a whole vegetarian menu. Did you ever think of doing a whole Southern Vegetarian Menu, for us Kuntree Suddern Vegetarians, LOL!!! Tonight for dinner I made Fried Portabellos using old left over Foccacia bread that I turned into bread crumbs. Dipped in Siracha Mayo -- uhhm uhmm! =)
Sure you could just add a little bit of flour (1/4 cup) OR just pat the ricotta dry very well, or let strain in cheesecloth in the fridge over night. The idea is just to soak up the moisture in your ricotta, and the eggs just help bind it. If you do go the route of the eggless subs, let me know how that turns out, I'd be curious to know if they work well :) Enjoy!
Your voice is so soothing to listen to and your menus are spot on!
I could fall asleep just listening to your directions.
Hmm. Ok you could make chocolate ganache tartelettes. Fill the shells with chocolate ganache (1 bag chocolate chips, 1 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp honey, melt at a lower simmer until smooth.) Another great menu!

I've found that the mushrooms are even better if you add some chopped tomato to the stuffing and garnish with basil :)
mmmm ..... delicious

Hi Beth! I made your stuffed mushrooms over thanksgiving! It was a big hit. Thanks:)
Thank you so much for the quick response Beth! :) My friend really LOVES chocolate. I was wondering if you know any deserts of that? :)
Hi Five on the NO Tofurkey. I would like to see a good meat subsitute though if possible (no tempeh either) maybe if you used Seitan?
Thank you for making this menu, I am glad you made a whole vegetarian menu. Did you ever think of doing a whole Southern Vegetarian Menu, for us Kuntree Suddern Vegetarians, LOL!!! Tonight for dinner I made Fried Portabellos using old left over Foccacia bread that I turned into bread crumbs. Dipped in Siracha Mayo -- uhhm uhmm! =)
Everything looks so delicious if only I could pull the food out of the screen.
Inuyasha Morris lol
