Speed - 17000 mm/m
Power min - 5%
Power max - 45%

Hi. Sorry bout the issues you are having. I hope you have it sorted now. Have you thought about making the image slightly smaller and then cutting the frame with the laser? Wouldn.t that kinda fix the problem? It's an extra unneccasary step, but if it keeps you doing what you enjoy, then i think it's worth it.
I'm still trying to figure out why but all of a sudden my machine starting working again. No skewing problems so far. Thanks for the comment.
This scares me. I’m such a newbie that I haven’t even taken my Ortour LM3 out of the box yet. Now I’m afraid to. How will I know if a problem is the laser or my inexperience?
Not all Orturs are bad. Maybe you have a good one but if you do have problems you can get help here by sending me an email or by joining some forums like lahobbyguy. Lots of people on their willing to help out.
@@lasersandsaws Thanks. I may have bit off more than I can chew since I have been so hesitant to try to set it up. I used to have no problem with new tech but I am 72 now and not as confident as I once was. It seems like a great community though. Lots people offering help.
@@sherryleggett1612 The setup isn't bad at all. Just a few screws. If you have the machine might as well give it a try. I was hesitant too but once you dive in and you start making things it is pretty darn fun. And like I said there is a lot of resources if you hit a problem. If you get stuck putting the Ortur together I'm always willing to help If I can.

I picked the poster board up at Walmart.
