Ube Cheesecake Bars

Line an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups All purpose flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Melted butter
1 1/2 cups White sugar
2 Eggs, Large
1 tbsp Ube flavoring, I used Bakersfield
1/4 cup Ube halaya
USE 8X8 SQUARE PAN
Cream cheese
8 oz Cream cheese
1/4 cup White sugar
1 Large egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 20 to 30 minutes.
