How about a deck around both Lugia ex and vstar? A Lugia deck to disrupt them all. You accelerate and decelerate your opponent.

Kinda wish lugia wasnt done this dirty, unless they reprint glimwood :// what's interesting is that theres actually a hoothoot that counters the energy discard too. Should totally play the handheld fan! Really wish it either wasn't a coin flip or dealt more damage :(
Have you tried a scovillian ex deck? The surging sparks one with spicy rage.
I love surprise hitting someone for a super effective 3-4K damage.
I’ll attach a hero’s cape on it to tank dmg. Then hit with like 30 dmg counters and scorch the earth.
Even when you lose the match, you’ve dealt quite a lot more dmg.
I’ve also got a gholdengo ex deck that uses that attack where you discard energy from your hand.
Followed up with 4 energy retrievals, 4 super energy retrievals, and that energy search pro card that lets you pull 1 of each type of energy. As well as 2-3 of every type of energy.
Like I’ve got 4 gholdengo, 4 of the preevo. The 9 item cards and energy. So much energy.
It’s not a perfect deck. But you get a certain tickle when you pull 1 of every type of energy and the opponent just concedes
Been working on a maushold ex deck too. Doesn’t work well most of the time but when I can get it setup, it works.
The one that has the nom nom attack, 120 dmg and draw 2 cards.
And the ability solidarity.
So it deals 30dmg for each tandamaus or maushold in play to the attacking active pokemon.
The maushold with familia march helps stack the bench. Since it lets you bench maushold or ex without having to evolve into them. Some buddy poffins and jacq can get the ball rolling if you survive long enough.
That 30 hp on tandamous tho. Really makes it hard against a early hitting deck
Honestly that lugia could be a single prizer and would be pretty cool if it was (maybe lower the health a bit for that)

Could use this with Gengar ex as well. Hilarious combo to think about.

1 Cyllene or 1 Roseanne's Backup wouldn't hurt, just to recover at least one Crushing Hammer for the deck. Otherwise, it may be both fun and annoying to play with/against.

I have thought of playing lugia ex, cuz like the attack+hammer & lucky coin flip, this deck is just annoying as budew
