Totally agree! I’m a Time Management Coach who helps high achieving women manage their time so they can achieve their goals, without sacrificing self care. In business, you have to get organized. Finances, legal, HR, operations, marketing & sales all must have a system to sustain without stress.

Your content in this video is gold and so authentic. I am a business owner - 9 years in, and have had some real highs and lows and this continues. Life goes on alongside our business so things don't always go as planned. Having the right people around you is more than half the battle. The right people will help to stabilise and cement the base of your business and you can grow from there. I would never go back to working for someone. Being a business owner is hard but so so rewarding. You are an inspiration.

Just found your videos and I love the transparency, I love the amount of information you give and the honesty. I have been struggling with discipline and consistency for so long. In the meanwhile I have been degrading my own worth because I always though that I am not worthy of certain things I want for myself, so I buried myself with work (for others) because I always thought you have to work your ass off to get more money, and I never put myself first. You got me so inspired to finally stay true to myself and start saying "no" to others. I am truly grateful for you help and looking forward to your future videos. Thank you
Thank you! 🙏 I answered my main question for the last couple month. I started my own very first online project, everything went well but I felt burnout. I was asking myself WHY? “It didn’t bring even 10% of what I usually make a month and took way more energy”. Thank you for explaining this! Also, talking with influencers from your niche is the best advise! 💫

Hi Bria, your knowledge as a young business owner is impeccable! Could you help us with a cheat sheet of what we should charge(we could purchase from you for those that are interested)? I understand that time is money, and value your time. I have a cooking channel for example I have no idea what to charge a sponsorship when approached. If you can help us, that would be great!

Please look me up i really need to find a group of people with the same mindset and im coming from a small town and im called crazy and unrealistic and a creator isn’t a job.. i give you all the credit in the world for doing this im starting my business im have a 87k following on instagram.. and the boundaries lord have mercy we know our worth . I’m going to school for digital marketing and software engineering. I have busted my ass for me and my 4 year old. If you have any advice or be a friend and we can share information between eachother or collaborate that would be something we can fit into our time frame

This reminds me of the time when I asked for a certain amount of money in employment and got it and a guy I knew asked for $20,000 less and got it. He got a $10,000 raise six months later but didn’t realize he could have been making more all along.
