    Nobody should take credit for breaking the US law or get rewarded with a job if you came in illegally. International students graduating from US colleges need to return home. There are no promises made or grantees you will get a green card or a job.

    If Indian students are legally in USA for studies then there is no problem.
    Dont spread misinformation to all readers.
    Would India allow this to happen in India,where you came in overstay or work without a permit.😮

    How are international students legal residents? They are legal to live in the United States during their studies. A legal resident is a holder of a green card or an American citizen.

    • @RohitKumar-xz7un
      @RohitKumar-xz7un 2 дня назад +2

      This reporting is a little flawed.................... If you are on a legal, valid student visa, you should not have any issues. A foreign student is a legal resident that can live in the US for an extended period of time - Typically as a student with a valid F-1 student visa. At the end of their legal stay (When their F-1 visa expires), they are required to either leave the country or change their status to a different visa (For Technical workers, typically an H-1b), which in many instances is the 1st step before commencing the Green Card process

    • @summer031977
      @summer031977 2 дня назад +4

      @RohitKumar-xz7un I said that they were legal to live in the United States as per their visa. That's not the same thing as a legal resident. If I study at an Indian university, I am not a legal resident of India. I am legal while I am studying in India. That's different from being a legal resident.

    • @RohitKumar-xz7un
      @RohitKumar-xz7un 2 дня назад +1

      @@summer031977 Agreed. To clarify, a legal permanent resident (AKA Green Card holder), is entitled to live and work in the US indefinitely. A legal temporary resident (For example student on an F-1 visa) is also (per terms of their visa) entitled to live and work (part time on campus jobs) in the US until his/ her visa expires.
      Folks who fall under both these categories are residents. I'll go one step furthur and state during a census, foreign students on a visa living in the United States are counted in the census as they are considered part of the resident population, regardless of their citizenship status - Meaning they are counted where they live and sleep most of the time, whether that's on or off campus at their university

      @RohitKumar-xz7un I also agree. I voted for Trump because the Biden administration opened our borders to everyone from around the world with no background or health checks.

      According to the F1 visa rules, students are supposed to maintain their full-time status and be on campus. They violate visa rules if they work outside the college campus and that could make their visa status illegal.

    Leader of the Conservative Party of Canada, Pierre Poilievre, wants Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to send back 4,900,000 newcomers whose visas expire in the next 13 months.
    Minister of Immigration Marc Miller wants to fast-track asylum refusals
    (to prevent the asylum system abuse).
    Canadians are VERY happy with IRCC's changes in 2024 (reductions & multifaceted investigations & deportations etc.). Canadians want:
    ⦁ No more tribal hatreds & violence in CANADA, stemming from the tribal hatreds occurring in a foreign country (the hater's ancestral home).
    ⦁ No more foreign interference in Canadian elections.
    ⦁ No more dealing with the repercussions caused by ghost consulting in foreign countries, after they targeted their own people/students (before they came to Canada).
    ⦁ No more fraudulent acceptance letters created by foreign consultants and given to their own people/students (before they came to Canada).
    ⦁ No more PRIVATE 'diploma mills' in British Columbia and Ontario (catering to a specific tribe by people from that tribe).
    ⦁ No more mass social media videos posted by foreigners advertising Canadian PR & visas & permits & schools & jobs etc., like they're selling shirts. Never posted in English (with no input from Canadians including Canadian colleges/universities).
    ⦁ No more IELTS spouses in Canada. Anchor babies.
    ⦁ No more Canadian housing being scooped up en-mass as investment vehicles by, and for, foreign nationals. With 'slumlords' charging way too much for rent.
    ⦁ No more foreign protestors on Canadian streets demanding permanent residency, when they don't qualify for PR (which was never guaranteed). Accusing multicultural Canadians of racism when their demands aren't met.
    ⦁ No more foreigners asking for Canadian asylum THAT THEY DON'T QUALIFY FOR.
    ⦁ No more visas being used to illegally cross into the USA from Canada.
    ⦁ No more social hierarchies popping up at Canadian workplaces that divides people into groups based on their ancestry, perceived purity or worthiness, and birth.
    ⦁ No more tech support scams, phishing, and identity theft scams linked to foreign countries.
    ⦁ No more major auto theft cartels shipping stolen car parts to lower Asia and northern Africa. And no more foreigners speed racing on Canadian streets causing injury and sometimes death.
    ⦁ No more Canadian charity services being recklessly advertised on social media by foreign nationals (and not in English or French).
    ⦁ No more dealing with those who won't blend to a country’s way of living, including rules and conduct norms.
    Canada, one of the top 10 most peaceful and kindhearted and law abiding and diverse and INVITING countries on Earth … how do you think all-the-above makes Canadians feel? Because unfortunately now, Canadians are dealing with far too many people from a very low-trust society (existing overseas). Where truth, fairness, and honesty is lacking.
    So support the country you live in … or live in the country you support. Canadians do not want the beautiful aspects of their VERY multicultural, non-racist, polite, trustworthy country to fail.

    The policy regarding international students returning before the spring semester isn't inherently negative. Communicating properly could highlight opportunities for talented students to integrate better into the U.S. educational and professional systems.
    The U.S. offering expedited paths to a Green Card for highly skilled individuals reflects a commitment to attracting top global talent, which is positive. It’s important to emphasize this in any discussion to avoid it being perceived as exclusionary or biased.
    Discussions around visas, such as H1-B, should avoid generalizations. Many holders contribute significantly to industries in the U.S., regardless of where they were educated. Addressing these nuances ensures a balanced perspective.
    Expressing concern about potential bias or negativity is valid, but analyzing the intent and broader context of such messages is equally important. Dialogue grounded in mutual understanding can help prevent misinformation and foster a more inclusive narrative.

    If a student is studying legally and has proven his abilities, then there can be no problem with Trump becoming president. For example, when Sri Lankan students go to study abroad, the Ministry of Education of Sri Lanka certifies their exam results and provides them to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and based on their certification, foreign countries present them to educational institutions. If the procedures are followed properly, there is no reason to be afraid. It is not known how Indian and Bangladeshi students submit their education certificates. If you have always provided truthful information, there is no need to have any unnecessary fears.

    Let me make a correction. It's a loss to India's economy. Most of the students from India get their loans from Indian banks, and they pay more back with interest. Hence, the cash flow is from the US to India, so it would be a good thing for the US if there were fewer international students.
