I have a goldfish in my bedroom, instead of lots of plants, with 1/4 receiving direct sunlight into the aquarium in the morning, 5% new soft water exchanged every day, feeding real wakame, fruits, green peas every other day.
I take a short really hot, really cold shower 2 times a day while doing some tai chi or yoga movements, speak out loud that "I am amazing" 100 times, that "I'm grateful" 100 times. I use fresh towels.
On really depressing days or furious days, I make a picnic, or buy picnic stuff, bring a big bag and gloves, my flip-flop, a warm jacket, wear easy to wash clothes, a small backpack with water and everything in it, take a ride down to the beach at sunrise, fishermen, dog owners, happy healthy neighbors, joggers will say, GOOD MORNING if I initiate it and after some months later, they'll say that to you at the same time, dogs let you throw their tennis ball or frisbee, sunrise barefoot walking trash pick up, on low tide, I pick up a few seafood. My chopped up fish scraps go to crabs, food scraps to what ever birds flying around.
I write poems of what I see and feel and text them to people that I know doesn't come to any beach. Sometimes I get there before we sunrise. The sky is just amazing and the color reflected on water and beach are soothing.
I say, look after a vulnerable life and protect nature. They fill my heart with life.
Find someone or people you can laugh with. Also, ...live wild.
Ramika, you're suffering because your soul KNOWS you're not of this world. I suffered too. But focus on meditation, positive affirmations, love, gratitude coming from your heart and sending a ray of white love light to the planet. Make it your priority to focus on only this. If people, news, events pull you away from this focus, eliminate them. I promise you, you'll become so centered and strong in your spiritual identity, nothing can affect you otherwise.

I’m healing from a chronic pain and infection. Currently I’m praying for more life in me. I have two children, 17yo daughter and 8yo son who is Autistic. I’m a mother and a caregiver to my Son. I pray and wish to live so I can be here for both of them. As a parent of a child with special needs, I pray to be here for him for the longest time, I pray for long life. But of recent months now... pain has been unbearable, at times I can’t even hold food in me. I’m doing the best I can to take care of myself. I know and trust in my healing. I lost my 18 year old son 7 years ago and still suffer daily! He was into Buddhism and listened to these mantras himself, I now listen and it makes me cry but cleanses me as well!
To lose a child is almost unbearable - especially when they are still alive. I lost my daughter to 'mindfulness' which caused her to change so abruptly that I no longer knew her. such a shame as I am now 75, alone and grieving as i don't really understand.

Have you ever listened to stories of near death experiences? You should look into it. Everyone that has had one always concludes that they look forward to death and no longer fears it. They say that the days in which we exit the world is pre-determined by us. As a father myself knowing this has taken all the worry of losing my kids and also the same for them. Although we will always mourne our loss of loved ones it helps to understand that they really are in a better place and that we will be reunited again and look back at our mortal lives and laugh.

It happen to me one time right before covid hit I was going through some hard times I wasn't getting much sleep and I woke up for work but decided to sleep an extra 30 min so I went back to sleep then I dreamt that I was in a paradise an angel appeared to me and so many people were there all happy walking and I woke up I felt like I slept for an extra 8 hours it was so blissful my life changed after that moment

Hi everyone... My husband is currently in icu with his 3rd leukemia relapsed.. And currently putting his leukemia aside.. He is facing different infections and stuffs.. Which needs white blood cells to fight his infections.. But due to his chemo for the leukemia, he has only got very very low white blood counts and part of it are cancer cells.. Sincerely hope everyone who reads this.. Can pray for his recovery and health.. Appreciate much and thank you ❤

I had accidentally come across this mantra last year although it's always God's plan to bring the right mantras to us at divine timing... I was very ill taking almost 16 tablets a day for bacteria in my stomach, our whole house was damaged due to burst pipe and we were living in a hotel for 6 months with so much distress.. I listened to this mantra and cannot thank Buddha for the healing I received.. Its the most beautiful mantra. We also had a stray cat who lived in our garden with only 3 legs and he had injured one his 3 legs and everyday I would sing this mantra to him and make him listen and within a week he was cured and started walking again, and even till today when I sing this mantra to him he turns and tosses and feels the love. Thank you for sharing this mantra it has true healing power.

@@chanrathod7285make sure you always be careful with oils! They can heal just as much as they can harm.. do not take oregano oil for more than like 7 consecutive days (can’t remember exactly but please research) it is a amazing antibacterial and helps clear up many illnesses
But can also damage our healthy bacterias if taken prolonged :) so just make sure you always look up how to properly ingest specific oils & if they need any carrier oils or how long to take them for! ❤ all the love light and healing to you.
I've been practising this mantra as part of the Medicine Buddha sadhana for 16 years. I used it to resolve my long-term depression and I can guarantee that it works.
These days I find no motivation and I’m depressed all the time. Surviving is all I’m doing and I’m trying to live the life I’ve been given without feeling so empty and numb. I have a lot of hope in this and my prayers go out to everyone who is suffering internally and externally. We will all heal in time with just alittle faith that could grow with a progressive mentality💕

One of my beloved cats died today after few days in the hospital. They are not just pets for me, they are my babies so I feel really devastated right now. Somehow listening to this is helping me a bit to stop crying and breathe normally.
I know the pain, even I lost my puppy, I suffered for 2 months depression.
My beloved cat died last night. She was peaceful and never got angry. Adored people. She was over 20 years old. I remember playing this chant a year ago. She raised her head up and listened. I ask the universe to lead me to the company of animals again, where i can help them as much as they help us.
I'm one year late in writing to you. But I just want you to know I know what it means to love our fur babies so much. I have 5 cats. I have lost 2 cats to kidney disease. It is very very hard to bear this loss. Sending love to you.

***Update 1 yr later: I’m doing much better and in a better spot mentally. I still have no friends and isolate myself a lot but that is my own fault I’m not as stuck in a pattern as I was a year ago I’m making progress and more calm with less anxiety feeling stronger in myself. I just returned from India hoping that when I returned the love situation I was in would be healed, but it did not. I woke just realizing again and again the difficulty of living in this fabricated world and wishing that out of all the meditation and inner work that I have done, I would rise above, but it feels like so much is inescapable this morning. Please help me pray for my daughter who is suffering from Chronic Eczema along with headache, stress & anxiety and sometimes Insomnia. I developed iatrogenisis after being misdiagnosed and treated for a disease I didn’t have. I lost my dad this past week. Praying for healing. As much as i try to rejoice in honor of his life, the pain of loss is a hard emotion to understand.
This is real medicine . I felt better in a day . My anxieties and depression reduced drastically . I felt good after every chant . I realised the cause of suffering as well. It happens mystically.

i have this issues and still struggling for 11 years. Humiliation is all i got all the time. Sometimes i wish that i never been born. But i believe this suffering is not permanent in this life.
2017 I fled from my office. I went to my home. I never went back to work. My employer fired me. My parents were always unhappy about it. Even my sister's were against it. Yet I gave up the idea to fight for my high paying job in court. I face trauma and depression till date. 4 years later I still live with my parents. They are still unhappy. I don't earn money. I am 40 now. I am fearful of the world. And constantly fight with people. My peace of mind is gone. Whenever I listen this song, I start weeping. But something allows me to smile back.
I wish you peace and success in life, don't give up, take action and look for another job... When you put forward effort,the universe will have your back ...🙏🙏🙏

100% right but not many be able to let things flow so well... I had near death experience so I know bliss life eternal is there when we leave the body so I'm blessed to be able to see this viewpoint. Cause I know it's real. If any person dies (leaves the body ) to go back home (to creator) this is good sure we will grieve them miss love them but we need to know they are but a whisper away always and always connected to us. Everything is and I have experienced home its sheer blisssss

Just as I was playing this, hundreds of butterflies arrived in my step-mom's garden in California. My father passed away in January. Not sure if coincidence or not, but I'd like to think it was Buddha's way of healing her.
