I will compare it with my own pranthas and grade it 10 out of 10. The reason is despite good amount of stuffing your parantha did not break, and also for how you prepared stuffing. Your tips were great, I had always struggled with removing water from mooli and I always did that by hand, I liked how you used a cloth for removing water and I will always use this trick to remove water going forward. Thanks also for the other and tips that you shared.
