Dude is a pro. He impressed me enough to want to coach my own kids.. not because they want to be in the NBA.. but because it builds their self, their confidence. I am grateful for this guy, reminds us you don't have the destination of the NBA to enjoy the game, to build a community and to put yourself out there. Peace, brother keep balling and building.
It’s a shame that The Professor can’t be honest and acknowledge that he wasn’t good enough to be in the NBA. He’s made a great career for himself doing what he loves and he’s a major figure in popularizing basketball on social media. He has nothing to be ashamed of. And to some of us, he’d gain more respect by acknowledging that NBA players are just a cut above everyone else. He loses respect by insisting on being delusional.
Biiig difference vetween 5'9 and 6'1 cant compare him to white chocolate as an example. Im 6ft. Very few ppl 5'9 could ever gaurd me and i just had above average athleticism and nowhere near nba status. Use to live next to Jerome Williams. He was never know for handles, but he could blow by me any time he wantes without warming up and sweat pants on. Top guys are a different breed
I think he lucked out, he would have been mid in the NBA if he had the chance, now he is a legend and honestly the street ball game fits him and is more entertaining to see him play.
People need to to understand how important it was just to be the best that you can be regardless of Status....if you only ponder "Why. Can't I?"...🤷 Then your paying Fat too much attention to Acceptance & not just feeding your inner self🙌
@@MrSports Sorry, he would never make an all star game. Being able to hang with D1 or NBA college players doesn't mean you can play in the NBA. He would never be able to create his own shot at that height and no quicks. He is successful in other ways, just not the NBA. If you are under six foot, I am thinking you would need some kind of quicks. Check out Facundo Campazzo.
@@seanogrady2629 brother, he didn't say anything about the all star game. He said "all star BREAK," like the celebrity game. No shit a guy that couldn't even make a D1 roster won't make the league...
hre also needed range. His long range shot is just a set shot. He would've needed an on the move jumper from deep in order to make it as his small size.
I'm 6 months to the day older than Professor and I watched And1 almost since the beginning. I am also 3 inches taller 😉😂😂 but for real, he has done very well for himself. My favorite content from him is the Spider-Man games 💯
He is extremely talented and quick! NBA missed out on his talent!!! As why he is so popular now making a Ton of money! It’s like football NFL don’t judge men by their size it’s talent and skill! Maybe NBA was scared to take this talent and skilled player on !
1. nba as ME as it is right now is still a TEAM game, like 5 players not 1 ball hog 2. cant handle the physical game .. knocked down in 2 secs 3. nba rules do call double dribble and travelling which are his bread and butter so street ball arguments go on deaf ears
That was the main reason. He was skinny guy. 5'10 has nothing to do with it. His frame was small. He would have got pounded. If he had put on some muscle weight he probably would of had a chance. But he never hit the gym. His ball handling was at another level but his size was not.
and lets be real the professor skills are much more hard enough to learn rather than any nba handler..... also until u die you can't get his one single move for example crazy leg. or crossing the ball between the opponents legs.

The fact is he made his way and continues doing so... He also teaches NBA guys currently so he has stuff to offer the game 🐐 for sure

He got to have a career centered around basketball and longer than most NBA players. He won!
yup. and a very successful youtube career!
sometimes you dont need to go pro to enjoy life. blessings come in many ways for those with discipline
100%!
Powerful statement 🙌👏💪👏
Awesome vid!
Much love

Wouldn't be surprised if the professor makes more than some of the NBA guys if not a lot of them

besides he has a worth income as good as NBA top player. Means wtf wanted to go there, when u have own work and you're are the boss of it.
Rumour said that his haircut was banned from the NBA. It's that simple.
lmao it's iconic tho
shiii guess divincenzo gonna get kicked out too then 😂

He should be called the Doctor, for all those ankles he's been twisting
what song is this?
you dig it?

He's not good enough. The NBA would love him to be in the league wrecking dudes if he had the talent.
After this season just watching the heat the nba would be crazy not to consider him!!!
I call bs! Also it only ended up being the NBA's lost. This dude would've been a ticket seller for real no matter when he came off the bench.
For real
Are you Hoop report also?
nah Mr sports brotha!
Same thing I was thinking they both sound alike
He didn't play before he's a real basketball player unlike Leebron who sold his soul

Quick!? I don't think he would be considered quick at a high school level, much less at D1 college level.

I like the professor more than lebron
Mosquito wax him all day
😂
He also might not have been willing to eat babies or might have been seen as a risk they couldn't control. REMEMBER Allen Iverson.
Sheeesh~~
sheeeesh
Not strong and can't shoot... da
He’s got handles for days tho
@@MrSports most of it are travels in the nba, maybe vacation too
