Yea man people always talk about swapping neck pickups in tele's for strat or p90 pickups, or sometimes even buckers. That's cool and all, but a traditional tele neck pickup can sound amazing if you know how to use the sound
I live on the neck pickup.
The groove face was arguably better than the playing itself and that was fantastic. Great job, cool to hear it on a tele, one of my faves to play on my strat.

The first half is so soothing and then at 2:00 it hits the feels so hard. That tele conveys more emotion and joy than any sung version I've come across (no offence to JM).
