I also liked watching this not only for the nostalgia of when I played this when I was 10 but to actually see what was after the train level which I never made it past. Pretty cool to see!
Loved this as a kid. We could only afford to get me one or two games a year, usually birthday and x-mas, but I remember using my allowence and renting this game for a month straight until I could beat it. The train level was SO HARD back then.
Yes. the train level was mush harder than in this video. Here are three differences. 1. the double-spikes at 13:37 were placed one tile lower and when the layer is moving, they go all the way down to train, leaving no room do duck under. You need to maneuver around which requires frame-perfect timing. 2. The three keys are missing at the end of the level, when the train stops. You have no room for error when it comes for catching keys. 3. The med-kit @13:32 is missing.
Same with me. I had a game magazine which only showed the game up to King Penguin, I remember thinking he was the final boss by reading it. When I finally got the game and got past it, I didn't know what to do, I wasn't expecting the game to continue after it. And that second part was really hard also, so I couldn't get past it :( it was awesome seeing the end after all those years
Played this when I was just 5 years old. Made a huge impression on me, especially Nightmare Land music. I'd groove out to that every time. NEVER knew you could use the staff to charge a projectile. I'd beat the game just whacking the enemies with it instead. lol
I loved this game as a kid, I couldn't read, I didn't speak english. But the whole turning into a mole experience, and digging around, it was just amazing. I don't think I ever left the first stage.
This game...used to make me so mad as a kid, But no matter what I LOVED IT! For the longest time I have been searching for the name of the game...and now I finally found it and will remember it! Good god, it feels good to look back on a game I played out so much in my Childhood!
I remember I played this for the first time as a kid, I could never get passed the Flower Garden, then I finally did then I couldn't get passed the train. Finally I tried it again in my early teens and I finally got up to Nemo's house.
Developers/Composers had to be really creative to make their catchy music out of midi tones! Every time I go to an electronic music festival, and chiptune music comes on, I swear it puts me right back in my childhood, "battling" my way through levels, except in dance. It's pure magic
It's really funny how Nemo just rides the gorilla and the lizard when he befriends them...yet with the bee guy the kid *FLAYS HIM AND WEARS HIS FREAKING SKIN!*
It looks like at 33:28 Nemo didn't wake up especially after a level is completed, one of Nemo's parents complain to him about waking up and getting out of bed where probably at 35:56 was where Nemo was dreaming that he was going to bed.
Used to play this when I was a kid. I felt like I was the only that knew about it cause no one knew what game I was talking about! Brings back memories. I dont think I ever made it past level 1😂😂 but I was very young.
IMO capcom was the best 3rd party publisher for the nes. Aside from mega man, they had the best licensed games like this and the Disney games, to their original ports like ghosts n goblins and bionic commando. Just everything had their signature level design, music style, and integrated power ups, they rarely had a misstep in those days
Definitely one of Capcom's best famicom games, although the difficultly level doesn't seem to be intended for kids. The game is hard as hell, even as an adult passing the last level is no easy task.
23:35-24:10 This stretch of land was the single most cruelest point in the game for me as a kid. I remember trying to eliminate those flying turtles before they could barf the jars on me, it never worked. Because they take 3 hits to destroy instead of one. Quite a few times, this portion had me in tears. I can beat it now, but oh man, memories...
Heck, I beat the penguin boss by bashing it with the staff at first; I had no idea that the staff could fire a beam (no instruction manual, and this was before Mega Man IV cemented the idea of charge shots in gameplay basics.)
FINALLY. I spent all last week trying to figure out what the hell game the music that's been looping in my head was from. It was this game's first level. Thank god that's over.
I believe the creators of this game were aiming to destroy the souls of young children worldwide. Playing this can even bring a grown man to tears. Good God, you make it look so easy!
I remember that game. As a matter of fact I've never completed it. It was really challenging and a lot depended on memorising the enemies' location. Still a great game though. Cool music and nice graphics. I think I managed to reach the end boss but didn't have enough time to beat him. Those memories ;)
darn, what times xD I remember buyg these games on yellow cartriges on old 8-bit imported Terminator console Still i'm looking for those games to play them on my 3DS XL
Hearing sounds I haven't heard since before I was 10 years old is a powerful experience. Nostalgia doesn't quite do it justice.
I know man. It was like hoping in a time machine of feels!
Yes i was 13 like time traveling, but man that game was hard!
never got past the train...
I also liked watching this not only for the nostalgia of when I played this when I was 10 but to actually see what was after the train level which I never made it past. Pretty cool to see!
this game was so hard !
Underrated Masterpiece!!!
One of the best games
You got that right! It’s too underrated

Why is this version different?
The trains got me too
@Danielle Smith stfu bitch
Renting was the only thing in my time..
Man, I remember this game. I don't think I ever even left the first stage, I was too young but the music is all still in my head.
I can still taste the french toast my mom made, glimpses of oprah, the little rascals and rescue rangers cartoon from this game. rip mom.
This was one of my childhood favorites! Capcom was just supreme at everything they did even back then!
beautiful childhood memories...happy times that can never come back. thanks God for them.
This game was great. It was one of my all time favorites and I still find it fun to play. Classic games are the best. :)
Thank you for posting the whole game. I never made it past the King Penguin. I finally got to see the ending after all these years.

To reach Knightamare Land with 5 years old you must be quite of a gamer now
Also...YOU CAN CHARGE?!?
Me to in 1990
Que lindo!!! voltei 25 anos atras... parabens LongPlay!!!
Almost forgot about this, but some nostalgia watching NIMH remind of this. Another forgotten classic I supressed
Wow it’s one of my favorite animated movies, and I didn’t even know there was a game
"Anyone smart enough to gimme candy can't be all bad..."
Famous last words before getting into a stranger's van or zeppelin.
I loved this game as a kid, I couldn't read, I didn't speak english. But the whole turning into a mole experience, and digging around, it was just amazing. I don't think I ever left the first stage.
Had the original cart as a child and beat; really neat to see how an experienced player goes through the game; thank you :D.
I remember playing this game when I used to have a NES, God, the memories
Ah those blasted little fluffy things that fell from the sky. This is the game that defined my NES experience.
This game...used to make me so mad as a kid, But no matter what I LOVED IT! For the longest time I have been searching for the name of the game...and now I finally found it and will remember it! Good god, it feels good to look back on a game I played out so much in my Childhood!
Such a masterpiece ..... brings back so many memories
Yo volviendo aquí, después de los años!! Qué grandes recuerdos.
My very first game when I was tiny toddler, and I still remember it! It was quite hard, but I loved it :)
I love this game. Feels like a child dream
Ilove this game: ther art, hitory and music. It reminds me of my childhood!!.
THANKSSSS!!!
This game my favorite all time..... story,music.gameplay.graphics very sweet
Man, this brings back memories. XD I'm not ashamed to admit that I had to use a Game Genie to beat this.
I remember I played this for the first time as a kid, I could never get passed the Flower Garden, then I finally did then I couldn't get passed the train. Finally I tried it again in my early teens and I finally got up to Nemo's house.
Loved this game since I was 4 in 1990
35:59 Never forgot this melody.
Capcom's finest!
Developers/Composers had to be really creative to make their catchy music out of midi tones!
Every time I go to an electronic music festival, and chiptune music comes on, I swear it puts me right back in my childhood, "battling" my way through levels, except in dance. It's pure magic
I remember playing this as a kid on a B+W TV. Ahhh memories...
35:59 This theme could have in bed for Shade Man's theme in MM7.
*BEST THEME IN THE GAME!*
God I Miss Both Nintendo and Super Nintendo Games, They were both Great Back Then.
This was the first video game I ever remember playing/having.
One of the greatest game ever created
"Anyone smart enough to give me candy can't be all bad"
Good lesson to teach kids lol
Oh, the Nemo's House level. I think I only ever managed to pass it once.
i completely forgot about this amazing game that i haven't played since i was 8 years old
"But if she's a princess...then she must be a girl." Great observation, kid ;) This game brings back some pretty awesome memories :D
I still own this. Played dozens of times. Only now noticing that "cooties" chat (basically) as an adult lol
this unlocked some deep hidden memories!
AMAZING GAME !!! A masterpiece !! So underrated !!
omg from last 15 years i m lokking for this game finalyyyyy found it yeahhhhh
It's really funny how Nemo just rides the gorilla and the lizard when he befriends them...yet with the bee guy the kid *FLAYS HIM AND WEARS HIS FREAKING SKIN!*
You just wait until the near future when you have to EAT THEM!! HAKUNA MATATA, MUTHAFUCKA!!!
It looks like at 33:28 Nemo didn't wake up especially after a level is completed, one of Nemo's parents complain to him about waking up and getting out of bed where probably at 35:56 was where Nemo was dreaming that he was going to bed.
I always felt this game was underrated.
One of my favourite NES games of my childhood, alongside Battle of Olympus, Super Mario, Bioni Commando, Terminator 2
Used to play this when I was a kid. I felt like I was the only that knew about it cause no one knew what game I was talking about! Brings back memories. I dont think I ever made it past level 1😂😂 but I was very young.
The bee is almost identical to the bee suit in Mario Galaxy. You can fly, land on flower, and it goes away when it gets wet.
I love this game ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ my child s nostalgia .. like my dream... thanks for upload
One of the best nes games f all time
i only made it to the train level. i didnt know how long this game is! KUDOS!

Great game, loved it when I was a kid. Thanks for the memories.
THANK YOU SO FUCKING MUCH FOR LETTING ALL THE OSTs AND SCREENS PLAY OUT. YOU ARE THE REAL MVP
The train flashbacks are unforgettable
How do one do to get the hospital-bag and extra-life in level 3 at 12.35??? I've always wondered!!!
the medi-kit can be aquired, but the extra life...... i wish someone make a video showing how it can be done

Thanks for the video. I never finished the game when I played it as child
The music is great!
36:01 This song is so Castlevania / Mega man inspired. Love it.
I find this game was difficult then and now.
I played it before 15 yrs. It enjoyed me lot. 👍👍👍👍
I bought this game recently, and it's really exercised my swearing muscle.
I want to play this game again. I remembered that in 1993.
The Nightmare King scared the shit out of me when I was 10 years old playing this
thank you Japaneses people for all this work all these late decades ..i love japan
What a great soundtrack. This game is classic.
"One word, childhood epicness!" That's two...
thankyou for play game,.. made Brasil
what a game!! i love the ending so much xD haha
I was expecting the Cloud Ruins to look a bit grander, like a sprawling Greek acropolis or something.
I remember this movie when I was a kid and also the game and now I got to play it.😀👍🎮
este juego no lo pude terminar solo me quedava con el pinguino y ya no segui, pero ahora veo el final jajajaj ya estaba cerca buen video man

The princess wants you to be her 'playmate'...
Ong this was one of my nes games as a kid. I loved this so much. I almost shed a tear lol
Wow, never seen this game before.
Ugh, that staff. I used to fire off so many shots with that thing trying to defeat the Emperor Penguin. Boy was I simple minded.
Heck, I beat the penguin boss by bashing it with the staff at first; I had no idea that the staff could fire a beam (no instruction manual, and this was before Mega Man IV cemented the idea of charge shots in gameplay basics.)
Este juego es uno de los mejores del Nes.
Was an nes game fav!
40:45 - how the hell did you beat the flying stingray without getting hit? That thing always kicks my ass.
I really miss playing this game when I was 5 years old 😃
FINALLY. I spent all last week trying to figure out what the hell game the music that's been looping in my head was from. It was this game's first level. Thank god that's over.
este juego me recordo mi niñes 😄 lastima que no puedo pasar el episodio 3 desde mi android.
Episodio tres es muy dificil
Little Nemo the Dream Master is a dream come true
My childhood's favorite game when i was 10 years old.
I believe the creators of this game were aiming to destroy the souls of young children worldwide. Playing this can even bring a grown man to tears. Good God, you make it look so easy!
any suggesting? I tried Zsnes and doesn´t work neither
Thanks for the answer
One of my First nes Games 😍
i miss this game so bad.i got stuck on house of toys and stopped playing ;(
I never figured out how to get that extra life at 12:36. You can´t jump that high right?
I'm gonna have some weird dreams tonight!
Amo esse jogo. Adoro desde jovem little nemo game perfeito.
I remember that game. As a matter of fact I've never completed it. It was really challenging and a lot depended on memorising the enemies' location. Still a great game though. Cool music and nice graphics. I think I managed to reach the end boss but didn't have enough time to beat him. Those memories ;)
That part from 18:30-18:39 always confused me that one of Nemo's parents told him to stay in bed when he was in bed.
Saudade desse tempo eu tinha 11 anos quando jogava esse jogo.
darn, what times xD I remember buyg these games on yellow cartriges on old 8-bit imported Terminator console
Still i'm looking for those games to play them on my 3DS XL
