      Yes, you can see that mountain throughout the whole city (no matter where you walk, there's always a mountain). It's a beautiful view when you live in the uphill of Cedar City and see all the scenery and town lights.

      It's walkable since it's a smaller city so it would have walkable design. Many towns or small cities in the USA have these dynamics in them.
