For those that this doesn't work for, do this(what the video says), then after you do it, uninstall the app and reinstall (or disable and re-enable depending on your device) I tried uninstalling then reinstalling before I did this and it didn't work, after I did this then went to the RUclips app itself in settings and made sure all the permissions were on (they weren't for some reason) then uninstalled and reinstalled it finally got rid of it. I watched 3 or 4 different videos doing different things and it was a combination of the videos with the uninstall that finally worked. So if this doesn't work don't be discouraged keep looking.
