For those stuck on the waterfall but just do searing light cyst it'll be open i had to figure that bit out nyself...just go to the bird and switch it to searing light
@@KristinOlson-u5e you must first get all encryption bits (9 region chests plus one hidden in each cyst) then get the legendary khovostov from the divide (gold chest where you get the original weapon in D1), then you'll need all 8 travelers memories, and then also beat each of the 9 overthrow bosses to collect motes of light, the final one should drop primordial light (redeeming the motes), which then opens the chest for the exotic khovostov
Problem with vision 5. I did alone in the dark quest, went through portal, went to waterfall and was not open. Went back through the seclusion thinking I could find it going the opposite way and it didn’t work. How to fix? It’s the last one I need.
@@vonblind7 If you have completed Searing light already, you can select it in The Blooming by the bird at the mouth of the cave before heading toward The Seclusion.

Can someone explain how to get the cyst the seclusion one cause i dont have the cyst i only have the slayer one that is in that room before the portal where everyone is saying the other cyst is and I’ve completely all of my micah quests

Bungie is crazy put ball on the tip of tree just wasting time to get it, I more idiot play along with it after 1 hour just on the tree. Many quest depend on other quest and this is annoying, every quest must search youtube for guidance. nuts. Bungie made game for them playing not others to play the game.
It's videos like this that make this game unbearable at times. . . .you already have to be a freaking recluse to even get basic stuff done in the game only to lose even more time interpreting poorly made videos. . .sigh . .

It's not complete 5 steps out of Alone in the Dark to have The Seclusion waterfall open. You have to have the Searing Light cyst active.
My bad, I forgot to mention that you also have to progress through some of Micahs lost ghost missions. Thanks for pointing that out
So I’ve completed all the cysts. Do I have to start the searing light cyst then grab it?

You have to do the Alone in the Dark missions with Micah to open it up. It will give you the Seclusion mission with the bird

You need to change the cyst at the bird with the cyst mission icon
