Probably closer to what Dead would have done. The masterpiece that never was... And yet It's still a masterpiece because of the time and effort that Euronymous put into it.
A face in stone...decayed by age A man who has returned to tell of his damnation Fears so deep, the mouth open wide The dream died away before dawn of this time Ancient times legends stories so dark Blackened his sight now Not even the memories are left Back after such a long time The stone is cold as death But what formed its true fears Only the wind is able to tell Tell me - what did you see there In the darkness - of the past The eyes - stares so empty The mouth - screams so silent Tell me - what did you see there In the darkness - of the past
@@joshbrown1884 As I know, he made some riffs and recorded some songs for From The Darkest Past (Instrumental unofficial album) right after Euronymous died.
@Morgh123 Yes, as I said, From The Darkest Past was recorded, when Euronymous was still alive, but many riffs came from Snorre. They wanted Snorre to play on studio DMDS final recording, but after Euro's death they found out, that he was also arrested and sentenced to 7 years in prison due to the transporting of Varg to Oslo and not informing the police about Øystein's death.

Time and effort is nothing without talent and creativity.

NICE! Always wanted to hear Occultus on vocals! 🤘
This version is supreme
You’re the best, thank you for this
This sounds so, SO much better. This is black metal from a pitch black abyss
I can hear most of the cymbals here!!! A china cymbal that is mute on the final version
Hail Euronymous and Mayhem 🤘
Excellent Material, Thank you 👍🏻
Woah, where did this come from?
The dark past.
Oh, yeah
Lol
THANKS A LOT FOR THIS ONE!
The definitive version is on DMDS, much better.
Amazing thanks for share

Fucking awsome!!!!!!!!!!
Damn, lowkey sounds like dead..
So this is a mix and not a rehearsal?
Snorre on guitar and Varg on bass possibly here?
It's Euronymous. Instrumental is taken from the same sessions as on original DMDS recording from 1994.
Snorre never recorded anything with MayheM

@Ярослав Семак Yes, but it was when Euro was still alive.

the rough mix audio was recorded 1992 not 1991, the vocals is just some random dude and was most probably done in the 2010s
I wouldn't call Occultus "some random dude", though...
I dont know rick, looks fakes to me jaja
damn, the guy cant scream, this is so bad
Dont think thats Occultus, Atilla maybe
Occultus sucks
Bet
better than attila
@@tommythetrain1945 how. This guy is basic af. Attila is versatile.
