      I agree it is a lot. The best way to get proficient with Sunfire or Connecture is to use it and do some demo cases. Work through the system and get familiar with it. Using the hands on approach it will not take long to get comfortable with it

    Thank you. This video was very helpful. Was that a voice Scope of Appointment being demonstrated on here? Also is the Sandbox version of Sunfire free to practice on?

      Hi, yes, I went through the voice scope. Basically you just start recording by calling out or having them call into your sunfire assigned number and then click on the scope tab and complete it. Good question on the sandbox version. I dont know to be direct.

    Is there a way to delete a contact?

      That is a really good question. Could be wrong about this but I dont think there is. Maybe I just havent found it but have certainly looked. Someone let us know if you are aware of a way to do it.
