  • BEST EXERCISES FOR BUTTOCK PAIN
    If you have pain around the outside of your hip and in the buttock region, you may be experiencing some of these symptoms; pain when laying on your side, pain when getting in and out of the car or pain when crossing your legs. Experiencing pain around the buttock region can mean a problem with the glutes tendon.
    In this video we will be demonstrating some exercises to help strengthen and stabilise the muscles that support the glutes.
    These buttock exercises are designed to improve the stability of the lower limb when walking, climbing stairs and running. The stronger you are around the lumbo-pelvic complex, the more power you will be able to produce.
