Rare live preformances from the unrealesed Bobby Brown Album Mystical Magic that never was published do to the change in music
Bobby was making bread from 88 to 91 just doing don't be cruel album and his singles
💯
We were about love back then now.......
He even did his unreleased songs in this concert
@@thawwtpoetttnow it’s about shooting an stabbings
His vocals were on point 😂
I can't see what some people meant when they would say back in the day, "BOBBY BROWN" can't sing❓️❓️❓️❓️❓️🌁‼️
That album never left the charts for four...four years like Michael's Thriller.
good album but let’s not compare it to thriller lol
Wow. Never knew that. Thanks for sharing. 🥰🥰🥰
@@dj.sobxrbe Michael just marketed himself well to be known all over, but there were many more better singers than him in his time, who just stayed natural!
@@ngangajeremiah9912what does being natural have to do with the music and why did u feel the need to bring that up
😂😂@@ngangajeremiah9912
Bobby will always be a LEGEND
Lol, I was at this freaking concert when I was stationed in Yokosuka Japan! So many memories!!!
Nice. I am so glad at saw Bobby at the height of his success. A memory I will carry forever.
Oh wow! Lucky you. Crazy I know the dancers on this tour! Wow
WOW !! love Bobby !!!
Facts
Back in the days Japan You had to be there ❤
No auto tune , no PBO , no play-back, real back up singers and musicians.
Wow!! One of the best concerts I've ever seen. Bobby Brown was the very first concert I ever went to. It was during the Don't Be Cruel era. He was at the top of his game. I love me some Bobby Brown.
Damn man you know the album was good as hell when you can tour this for 4 gahdamn years!
Love this era of music many artists like Janet Jackson albums lasted for 3 yrs … you can tell they really took they time making the music
@@MrEOM41now an album barely last a month lol
1988-1991 was how long he was on tour for Don’t Be Cruel
and it was!!!
These songs sound so much better with a live band. Why they didn’t record it in the studio like this, I’ll never know. The energy and groove are electric.
Agreed. I have done drum overs in the studio and it sounds amazing
Facts smh
Because it was cheaper😂😂 Thus, machines over taking over music in studios.
Because stupid recording companies somehow think recording on a stylophone and making Brown sound like a singing Jackdaw is more sellable. It's done to too many artists . i.e. Chris Brown's normal vocal tone is SO much better thah his 'compressed teenager'. Friggin' arses
@@JasonDaSoulChild - Yes, but it's not cheaper to simply have a beefier record production / lower vocals - it;s a stupid record company choice to try and sell to more kids.
Bad boy of R&B... I love you, Bobby Brown!
Saxophone player was off the chain. He blew that damn thing like he was planning to all his life. I could have listened to him all day long.
In all of the years I've watched Bobby Brown. You gotta say Bobby is one Helluva Stage Performer. You don't see much of this anymore! Bobby gave people quality and gave his fans their moneys worth
Bobby had the crowd in his hands!
Every damn body is on POINT, background, band, Bobby!
Unfortunately, he's not on point t today 😅😅
Even the crowd was on point to
Bobby and Whitney was a couple when he did this concert March 18, 1991 at this arena.. Whitney had just did two concerts earlier March 14 and 15, 1991 at same venue
...Untouchable in his prime, in every way. Nobody in the past 15 can touch him. Don't care. Not even Usher. No autotune like the current crop do. Energy like nobody else has. Unparalleled vocal control this long.
This was a good live performance for Bobby. His voice sounded good.
Yep. Especially when he sang Donnie Hathaway's song.

NOW This IS What I, Call A Concert💣💣💣💣💣💣💣🔥🔥🔥🔥✨🌟💫🎉🎊🎈🎈
And this was a tame concert for Bobby's standard. Japan is really conservative. He was wildin' in the U.S back then. I'm pretty sure he was arrested more than once for public lewdness. Damn near having sex on stage. This concert is virgin olive oil light and it's still amazing.
Awesome Concert ❤❤❤
@@ra2186 especially when he sang Tenderoni
@@ra2186 he had to tame it because being broadcasted across Japanese television. I would footage from Humpin around tour, because he went crazy on that one. We all know he has the footage to because some of it was showcased in his A&E documentary
Bobby was my celebrity crush. He was that 🥷 back in the day. I went to his concert when he went up in that red heart bed on stage. I was a baby 🤦🏾♀️.
Prime Bobby Brown the truth … he can flat out put on a show 😎
Bob was handling the bidness and the band was on point.... First class concert.!!!!
Thank you for acknowledging the band!! They were apart of the success of the concert
Yes real instruments being played.
@@thawwtpoettt Yea I'm biased cuz I'm married to the drummer, but this band was bad to the bone.
I never knew Bobby sang "A song for you" he had a much stronger voice than I thought. I mean he sounded like ol skool church!
Yes. He sounded so good.
Bobby brown was the Shit back then..☺️
He sure was
He still is
Can't deny that
People must've forgot!!!
That was pretty amazing! Bobby definitely was a solo act 💯
FOREVER THE KING OF R&B!!!!
Its Bobby's vocals for me..😍😍😍 yassss
Play It ❤❤❤❤❤
2022 we here
Yesss👑 2022
Always and forever
2024
Yo
Prime Bobby right here.
Bobby was the better new edition member and the best when he went Solo Hands DOWN!!
Let's give it up for The King of R&B! 👑 - Whitney Houston.
NOT!!!!
King?...not really. But, he gets my respect.
@@simmiewilliams5970 Agree. The King of R& B is R Kelly
R. Kelly
King Of Stage 🤴🏿🤎
why do we still show up for Bobby? Other than being a great person , its because of this . this was when New edition couldn't keep up with him on stage. So Bobby Brown has nothing to prove, he was the guy who set the tone for what New R&B was going to be going foward , he is the king.
But he couldn't keep up with Ralph in the Studio.
@@chriso8193 He was better than Ralph in overall entertainment.
Lmao😂..how did you come up with that non sense that New Edition couldn’t keep up with him? In what aspects, becuz New Edition never fell off nor did Bobby and New Edition is always on point in stage
Olijadu, Facts!!!
+I
❤that bass player solo segment was fire!! And Bobby Brown showman ship was phenomenal!!
Facts.
The bassist is no other than doa allen. He wrote and produced college girl by Bobby brown and he produced a majority of the forever album by Bobby
King Bobby Brown Music Won't Ever Die🙌🏽👏🏽🙌🏽🎶🎶💯🙏🏽🔥🤴🏽👑😎🤩😍🥰🥰🤗🥳
Bobby Brown ❤❤❤❤
I would've been in love with Bobby brown if I was in that era. I love him now
He had a packed house and the only reason why it seemed like a dead crowed was because it was a language barrier. They only understood the music not the words
Oh ok I didn't think if that way, Thanks U..
@@JewlofTheNile914 you’re welcome
Yes indeed! It's also cultural. Japanese audiences tend to stay silent during performances and save their applause for the end, out of both respect for the performer and also to enjoy the performance.
You should have been to the after parties round Japan
It's just a cultural thing.
No one can deny Bobby Brown was the biggest thing back in the 90s he was truly a showstopper ❤❤❤❤
Bobby was bad in his hay day! on his own!
I see why the ladies loved bobby in the 80s. It was before my time but damn he was hot!
This was 1991
@@dahomiee I know, but bobby was really a hot commodity in the late 80s that's why I mentioned it. 🙂
@@jaytruth6503 u right. People had Bobby messed up. He was talented and had a brilliant career .. he was big stuff back in the day
He looked better before Whitney. If he curved her he probably would be an even bigger icon today.
@@johnwise4341 I agree with you, it seems like when Bobby got with Whitney everything was about her, it was no longer about Bobby Brown the individual. I think him and Janet Jackson would have made a better couple, at the time they were both equally famous.
You'll never get these times back..❤ 💯
I saw Bobby live in 91.
Thank you GOD
Are you Japanese or did he have some US shows in 91 that I don't know about?..
This was around the time I thought I was gonna marry Bobby Brown 😂 I use to be in love with him. ❤ LOVE this love his energy, voice and everything. Great concert
見に行きました!
とても良かった記憶。
どこかに若い私がいると思うとエモエモ。
最近また聴き始め、まさかのライブ映像が。ありがとうございます。
I was born in 1999 and I know Bobby has his concerts now and also with NE but I think I would have rather seen his concerts back then because the atmosphere and energy had he back then was untouchable compared to now 🔥😌
He put his heart into that show. It was so good. ♥️
King Bobby Brown will always be the best of all times ❤❤
When he performed Roni, I see Usher's " Bedtime " inspiration....
King of Stage.....A Song for you. I'm here for it.
Nice
Bobby brown was our Chris Brown back in the day.❤
I agree great comparison
Yep.
Yesss he was
And Chris brown is the Bobby brown of today
Chris has nothing on BB. BB was a wild wild man. The stories are legendary.

Facts!!!!!
Aye you mean 2023 we here Bobby was large b
❤I didn't realize BOBBY BROWN & his band was "gifted" in this spectacular way‼️ Even though I met him on several occasions, I still didn't realize how much‼️ This live made me wish I could have been there too, because I saw his performance at the old CIRCLE STAR THEATRE in SAN CARLOS, CA. a much smaller venue. He really lived his "DREAM‼️"💯%🌁‼️
Bobby Brown the original King of R&B and HipHop.. paved way for Usher, Chris Brown and even R Kelly

OHHhhh MY GOODNES !!! Bobby singing Song for you !!!,,,,,,,,,,🥰😍 pure talent !!!!
That’s why he’s the King of R and B
I'll have to give that to R.Kelly but Bobby Brown is good and the king of r&b for this era to me is Chris Brown
Thank you for posting this. Most people at this point know Bobby Brown as this goofy drug addict who may have brought Whitney Houston down. But people need to see him at his best. He, along with artist like Janet Jackson, really fused together hip hop and R&B together at a time when those were considered two separate genres of black music. Even just seeing a DJ scratching next to live drums, guitars, background vocals, saxophone players really legitimatized hip hop as this serious and adaptable sound. We see it all the time today and take it for granted, but this was really pioneering music. I wish Bobby knew then that he didn’t need Whitney Houston’s level of fame to be loved and appreciated. He was enough.
That's been a complete lie. Whitney herself said she is the one that got Bobby hooked on dope.
I like the way Bobby work the Stage
Here 01-01-2023😜
Grande amigo, siempre Bobby Brown
He made the money for tickets really worth
First and foremost, thanks for sharing. This concert clip is epic.

Lawd kudos to that girl who Bobby serenade on stage. How was she so calmed??!! Yea couldn't be meee... my ass would've been crying, shaking & sooo in love with that moment 😂😩😩 But I do love how respectful Bobby treated his fans on stage tho! ❤
