First time seeing your channel. Your story sounds so very much like mine. I am so very much happier away from the headaches of society. Very much loving the slow living approach. The recipe is the same one I use on my white fish. I'll give it a try next time I cook salmon. Have a blessed New Year.
Thank you for watching, and yes, I am so much happier now away from the headaches of society. My body has also said no over the years-- I find the more stress I allow into my life these days, the more aches, pains and stiffness I feel. It's been a process shifting my mindset, but I love the feeling of calm and contentment when I keep things simple. Wishing you all the best for 2025!

Many people who live in the cities with fast pace as it is, will eventually spin off the earth's axis. Just like a spinning top toy we used to have as little kid's. H.N.Y. 2025.👍
Happy New Year to you as well! Yeah, that's what it started feeling like for me, too, after living in the city all my life. I think it's important for those who choose to live there, either out of preference or necessity, to seek quiet spaces to maintain a sense of balance and peace of mind.
I live in a city, but the issue is, I'm living away from my previous social circles, after moving to a different city. Socializing , peopling, social media, texts, phone calls, are now, not a priority. However, I wouldn't say a life shared , is bad, of course it isn't ; in fact, its necessary and essential in some form. But for me, I just prefer to spend a lot of time seeking out the pools of tranquility within my city : parks, churches, my quiet peaceful apartment, and prioritize health and well being which I think calls for a good dose of solitude. Its just who I am. This channel really resonates with me.
@@SIERRATREES thank you for your comment. I find the older I get, the more and more I cherish my moments of solitude- that’s when I recharge the most, and then I have more to give back to those around me. I think if I were still living in the city, I would be seeking out the tranquil places there too.
