I´m somewhat confused -why says it almost everywhere Malle died of lymphoma while Candice Bergen says in her memoir he had PML (Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy) a fatal inflammation of the brain?

Charlie Rose? He's a fantastic interviewer and has interviewed the most fascinating people throughout his career. You cannot find interviewers who could host such a spectrum of intellectual characters nowadays.
@@EmersetFarquharson he interviewed the best people... But he has an issue with interruption.
When you are completing the sentences of the person you are interviewing...you are a big problem as an interviewer.
Beyond Rude & Disrespectful.
The interviewer is rude and should be interviewing himself, mal élevé.
