CAN'T BELIEVE BEAUTIFUL WATER FALLS, ONE AFTER ANOTHER HOW AMAZING. I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE ALL THAT WATER AND THAT COMES FROM THAT ONE MOUNTIAN? DOES THE MOUNTIAN EVER GET DRY? THIS ALL BLOWS MY MIND, I AM FROM MINNESOTA AND JUST HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING IN MY LIFE LIKE THAT. THAT IS WHY I LIKE WATCHING YOUR VEDIOS THEY ARE EXTREAMLY INTERESTING. MANY THANKS TO YOU.
Love Ricketts! But yes, gets way too crowded up there anymore. Did our first ice hike there last year. Definitely a way to beat the crowds lol I think they may have just closed the trails this week unless you have the proper equipment. Nice vid 👍🏼

Very nice. I never realized how much there is to see in the surrounding area's. I live in Berks County... sinking Spring. Thanks for all the videos, keep them coming we really enjoyed them!!!!!
Hi Cliff, Ricketts Glen is just such a beautiful, breathtaking place. Everywhere you point the camera there seems to be something photogenic to capture. Such an awesome video, thank you so much for taking the time and energy to bring us this stunning place on video. Thank you. x
This place is SO high on my bag-list. My wife and I have been wanting to camp here and hike here for a very long time. We've planned and had to cancel two different trips there.
What a breathtaking place! Being a rock lover, of course I loved the "Crevasse" area! The next high point? Awesome, you haven't been to one of those for awhile. Thanks for sharing that spectacular place!! 🌲🥀
You obviously really enjoyed this place. Perhaps, when the winter weather makes it hard to hike, you could make a video with a top 5 list of your favorite places that you have explored. Maybe talk about what made them special to you. I think many of your viewers would find that interesting. Just a thought. Have a nice Thanksgiving !
I was gonna do that last weekend . the short loop. Nice seeing you up this way . forgot if i asked you if you hiked Nescopeck state park ? Beautiful video.
Ricketts is always beautiful. If you are coming back to the area, you should check out Worlds End State Park and the Loyalsock State Forest. It is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful areas in the state and I think you would agree. I would suggest a weekend trip since it is a large area with a lot to explore and you live so far away.
@@frankb389 i'd agreed to an extent. I'm from Wilkes-bare and Rickets Glen is literally my backyard park. I've been hiking there since i was quite young. But, World's End has more dramtic scenic vistas as well as better campgrounds. I've been to World's countless times. The elevations are higer, views are better. Obviously, rickets has the falls. But, as far as an overall hiking/camping experience, I favor Worlds. Plus, the general store at the park has a great breakfast. Grits, excellent chocolate chip pancakes. Heck, i might visit next week just for the sake of it. World's End is definitely a very beautiful park
I have been going here for over 20 years. 1st time I visited in summer it was not that crowded. as the years go by more and more people would be here. I seen a guy hiking with the baby in a carrier off His back, and a recent storm left the trail littered with natural debris. As He was climbing over a downed tree the branches were smacking the baby in the face. I let Him know and as much said mind my own business.
From the video It seems like parts of the trail aren't clearly defined and it would be easy to get lost? Also parts of the trail with the stone steps look quite treacherous?
I'm surprised you don't take one of them telescoping fishing rods and fishing someone in creeks and streams for a little bit some of them look really nice for fishing
I could sleep to the sound of waterfalls daily!!!!!!
Beautiful place especially in autumn. Lots of hidden gems in that area.

How long of a hike is it?
Very cool place, also very dangerous...
I knew a firefighter at the local department. He said 4 to 6 rescues a year.
I'm surprised you don't take one of them telescoping fishing rods and fishing someone in creeks and streams for a little bit some of them look really nice for fishing
No fishing in the glens
@@bdickinson6751 how about all the other places why no fishing
Other areas yes, not allowed in the falls area at Ricketts Glen. Wasn't referring to all areas.
I do have one of those fishing rods, just never got around to getting a license this year
Hoping to Run into you even though you seem to not want to see anybody
