Just imagine this as a anime/music video idea right? This young hot shot race car driver falls in love with one of his competitors, but she ends up crashing and dying in the accident. A year later the hot shot returns, Depressed and alone with the track to himself, intending on killing himself in the same corner where she died. He tries again and again but can't bring himself to commit and he keeps going into the corner faster and faster, trying to work up the courage to end it all. Finally he goes into the corner, and he can feel the car losing control when suddenly the ghost of his lover appears, and reassures him to continue living life and racing. He fights the car, desperately trying to regain control, time slows down, he's certain he's going to die. "The voice of life is screaming out Surrounding everything in Telling me to spread these wings and fly..." The camera pans down from the passenger seat as he grabs the shiftier and changes gears. When it pans back up, he's in his racing uniform and it's night. In the same corner, he slides the car around that same corner the crowd gasping expecting him to crash. Sadly, the radio only plays material endorsed by the corporation that owns the station. Back in the early 90's we had real music like RATM and Public Enemy playing. Now its just hypnotic crap that is designed to be catchy and devoid of meaning. All they want is for you to get the song stuck in your head so they more downloads. It is ridiculous. There needs to be more calming music like this to counter the monotone techno beats nowadays.
