I actually got to see a Wolf Pack chasing a dispersal out of their territory. It was really cool. One thing I really liked was the crows. They were MASSIVE. They couldn't even fly they were that big. 😂 The mountains were really tall, and the geysers just as amazing. I would definitely go again. Yellowstone > ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tips for yellowstone: defiantly go see the bison and then go see the super volcano the geyser is huge and spits up a bunch of hot water. I believe it was 12ft in the air. Go see the wolf center. Also do not stop in the middle of the road for pictures if you take pictures they want you to park to the side. Only stop in the road if there is an animal in front of you.
Since Parsley was sick when she was a pup, I think she can relate with Thorn’s sickness. Actually, I could see her being scared and worry because if I remember correctly, she almost die to her illness and Marigold (II) died. It was something very dramatic for Parsley, or at least that is what I think XD
Seri plz try my suggestion! If you forgot or didn't see it: Try to take Thorn on a refreshing territory run! Woof to tell the pups to go into the tall grass, then pick up thorn before he goes inside, then refresh territory! So far this has really helped my pups and they all survived. The one downside to this is you must run away from fights and hunts.
I do this and have yet to loose a puppy. I also try and stay awake I will set a timer for an hour or so sometimes longer and just stay with the pup taking it with me or hanging out at the den or ren site. As a mom in rl if je of my kids are sick I don’t sleep anyway because they usually don’t so it’s basically real life in WolfQuest haha

I had the same amount of pups as Parsley and at the same time! Recently just finished getting them to 20 pounds. None of them died and they didn’t get sick either! I was overjoyed. And it turns out that Moonie, my largest pup looks identical to Parsley’s! The Luna ambassadors coat! :D

I had a pup similar to hawk that was super small and barely ate. Always lagging 2-3 pounds behind the others. Somehow was able to raise them all the way and found that they actually had -2 strength -1 health and ZERO positives! That was with a 4 star mate and 7 pups.
Yellowstone was one of the greatest places I’ve ever visited! Since it’s a park of wild animals, it’s never guaranteed that you’ll see all the animals there (i got pretty lucky on my visit and saw wolves, black bears, grizzlies, elk, bison, and moose) but they do have an animal center you can visit to see the captive animals there. Aside from the animals, the scenery is amazing. Definitely visit the iconic Ole Faithful at least once. I personally really enjoyed visiting the Grand Prismatic Spring-it is absolutely beautiful!
I’ve been to Yellowstone before. It was actually colder than I thought but it was really humid around geysers. Also when my family and I were driving there, we saw tons of bison and meerkats on the side of the road and got to take pictures of them! I hope you have a chance to go Seri!

I went to Yellowstone two summers ago and it was beautiful! I really enjoyed viewing the geysers. I saw Old faithful erupt and it was so cool! On the way to old faithful we saw a black bear and it’s two Cubs. We also so bison everywhere. It was so interesting to see how long it stayed light out. The sun was just setting around 10:30pm when I went in the summer. There was a moose that we saw running throughout our property every once and a while. It was so relaxing and such a nice break from reality.

Me and my sister found a mule deer fawn one time. It was about 2 months old and hiding in a ditch. I really thought the mother was gonna smoosh us. It was REALLY cute tho

If you want to camp there then I suggest going in mid - late summer. me and my family went in may and the campsite was SO wet... any way I definitely suggest going to old faithful. it was soooooo pretty! another thing that you may stumble upon is a herd of bison in the road.... when we went there were a whole bunch of bison with thier baby going right past our car >.< it was a lot of fun! I def suggest going to Yellowstone. it was so pretty and beautiful. 12/10 would go again
I think there a saying in the moon pack "nothing good comes from a buck" because most of the wolves have a hard time hunting bucks and it's easier to hunt newborns females or calves
Just so you remember Seri, sleeping is bad for sick pups! It doesn't count as spending time with them I think, and the pup will lose health faster. Try not to sleep if at all possible. Also try to spend a lot of time with Thorn
If Thorn gets really sick, you should carry him with you on marking trips. I did that once when one of my pups was very sick to save him and he survived.
I’ve finally done it. After RUclips decided not to notify me of these episodes and left me off at EPISODE 1 of Wild Meadow, I’ve finally completely caught up with this series. I spent 1/4 of a year just binging these episodes to reach the latest one, and I finally accomplished that. Lesson learned: don’t rely on RUclips recommendations to remind you to watch something. Also, when I was a lot younger, I went to Yellowstone for a trip. Unfortunately, my brother had a broken arm, so he couldn’t do much there, but I definitely enjoyed myself (other than that). Old Faithful was fascinating, the scenery was amazing, and my family and I sometimes climbed up to the top of our RV to see wolves. Bison were everywhere, and we saw a bear knock down a tree there. I definitely hope to go there again, and I definitely think you and Chips would enjoy yourselves there!

I just grew up my wolf pups and one of them grew up with a radio collar and burns on one of their back legs. Another one grew up with a scare on their face. In my story I'm saying that she got it from a coyote attack when they were pups. Since I started playing with her she's gotten her revenge on 4 different coyotes by killing them. B.T.W. tips for sick pups: dont sleep regularly. do not. i recommend staying next to the sick pups for 25-30 mins + and then sleeping once. go feed pups then hoout and mark territory, bringing ur mate and the sick pup with you so if theres danger your mate can defend the pups while you let go of it to charge at the danger. go back home and keep on repeating this. this is the best way to heal sick pups :D
I found a way to cure a pup: I had three sick wolf pups and only two survived but I carried them all over the place and never I mean never slept inside the den with them and I always slept with the sick pups
Achilles: Being the runt of his litter, loves having tiny puppies because it reminded him of himself when he was their age. Parsley: Being the biggest of her litter, wants nothing more then to raise big, strong pups to be like her one day, big and strong.
There is a place nick named elk town, because a huge herd tend ls to lounge around the entire town with their calves in the sunlight. Not from the town I even saw a huge bull elk. Bison tend to be every where. One place I didn't get to see was the black wolf memorial for the wolf that lives 12 years and was alpha of the strongest pack half his life.
I went to Yellowstone back in the Summer of 2019 with my family! We saw mostly everything since we went in a circle. But we also went to Slough Creek, though we saw no animals there, but it was beautiful with big open spaces. Definitely recommend stopping up there, to see the actual creel i think you have to hike. But my favorite thing from the trip was my family, many funny things happened. But yes, Slough Creek 100%
Yellowstone is gorgeous! If you go to Lamar Valley at 3-4 am, or when the sun starts to rise, you may see wolves. We did! Wolves, fox, coyote, and bison were all out there that early. Haden Valley is good, too. I personally loved the hot springs-- they were so pretty!! Also, what if when a litter has 7 pups, since that's above average, you had to leave the den earlier? For example, move to a rendezvous site at 12-13 pounds rather than 15 because the pups entirely "outgrow" the den? Also-- for attacking wolves, it works well to not lock the camera on them and just approach from the sides. And fun fact: you can take alphas as your mate! I took Junction Butte 1M as mine once.
My wolf Tyler (Female), she had 5 pups with her mate Bear! All pups were male and im getting them to 10 pounds! Im glad i got wolfquest3. And thank u for posting wolfquest EVERYDAY!! Seri, by sleeping it does make the sickly pups health go down, but it does boost his chance of surviving that illness at the same time. Once I slept so much and sacrificed most of my territory to spend time with my sick pup. By sleeping a lot and feeding them, he soon became better when he was at 20% health. So by sleeping it does increase his chances of becoming better.

I feel that Hawk will start eating more as a way to be able to grow stronger and protect Thorn. Because while the pups might be more independent towards their mom I feel that they are way closer to each other having spent all their time together in the den and now in the rendezvous site. Also it would be interesting to see if any of the heir will seek to not be as their mom due to them not enjoying the way their mother raised them. Maybe feeling like their mom left them alone too much while also unconsciously over working them so that they would become stronger. We as the watchers would know she does this with the best of intentions but maybe her heir wouldn't, being too young to understand. Maybe once they have pups of their own they reach an understanding of their mother's true intentions yet still choose to be more easy going toning down the ambitions.
So....not sure if you're doing it for the roleplay aspect or not, but in order to heal a sick pup you need to spend 1-2 in game days at the den/rendezvous site staying awake and tailing that pup everywhere. No leaving for hunting or territory reinforcement, and most importantly NO SLEEPING. Sleeping actually causes the illness to get MUCH worse, no matter if you're sleeping beside the sick puppy or if you're sleeping on the other side of the map.
Yellowstone tip: Go and check out Old faithful and some of the other geysers, you might probably see some buffalos stuck in the geysers. It was pretty sad seeing half a Buffalo stuck in the geyser and the other half perfectly fine. Poor Buffalo lived a great life. I don’t remember since I was 7 when I went. But you’d should definitely take a helicopter tour it’s really nice, you get a bird’s eye view of Yellowstone’s canyons.
6:24 looks like Thorn wants Bunny, but all the siblings going to eat that up first before he gets a bite. Maybe go find a few more hares to bring back so pup has a chance?
1:35 make sure sick pup nibbles food, you might have to plop the stubborn pup by food three times before they do. Sometimes, they want a bit easier to eat bit to go with it - so a regurgitated pile. Moving sites can help with the affinity, just so you know. Even if the game says to cool down from socializing with pups, you're pretty safe to continue with the playing and howls to still get affinity up - just mind using roll on back with the chance of attacks. and you can leave sick pup to go quickly tend to territory or hunt for yourselves even.
Yes I recommend yellowstone I don’t have hidden places but if you are driving and see a river I would say follow it from a distance for as long as you can util you can’t see it from trees as you drive because that’s how I spotted a bear and I’m going camping again this year but I don’t think yellowstone. One more thing is for camp sights in yellowstone when you go out of you camper or whatever you do MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PEPPER SPRAY double check you have it.
While it’s not in Yellowstone, if you’re really lucky around sunset there are sometime wolf hunts visible in the valley below the lodge overlook at the Tetons. I watched one for two hours- it was amazing.
If you take the puppy on patrol with you, picked up in your jaws, it counts as spending time with him. Take your kid to work day. Risky since you can't bite, howl, or move fast- but you can pee. If you put hem down they try to walk themselves all the way home- but I've taken care of several sick pups like this. Predators have never figured out I'm carrying an easy target in my teeth either.
Yellowstone has some beautiful hot springs, they're like rainbow pools. Just make sure to stay on the walkways if you do visit them! :D The bison herds are also gorgeous, though it doesn't take much searching to find them lol.
Seri also called the dark lake pack the dark moon pack a few times and I was laughing so hard cause it sounded like "Parsley will take out her own pack!" 😂
Fun fact about beavers. When winter is approaching they stalk up on twigs and sticks to last them for SIX MONTHS!! Because they can’t get out of the ice to get twigs and sticks that is why they stalk up on twigs and sticks!

To keep the role-play going I have a little bit of a story Palsy Remembers when she was little and she suffered from a ravaging illness she just barely survived and she desperately hopes that Thorn will not go to the same thing as she thinks making him more chubby will get him better and ready to go
Plot twist: Achilles knows Azor and Azor knows Achilles. They came across each other while Parsley was Hunting and Persephone was with Achilles pups. They smelled each other and Achilles smelled Parsley and they became Bros.
I have been keeping an eye on hawk and I have noticed he likes to wander and go off alone but not far, he also tries playing with his brothers and I think Marigold lll is bullying hawk, I am unsure though. I also think that his siblings might be convincing him to eat more! that's all I noticed though.
Hello Seri. So of my wolves, one I made I named Key (made her/him to see how huge a wolf you could actually get - not bad), has a mate I named Lock for reasons. Anyways, so according to your infamy thing here, Key has taken 5 Crevice Lake wolves - would've been 6 if the border hadn't saved them. Why? Dark Lake Pack indeed. They keep coming to my puppies' den. So far, no pup met their end yet. And Key's mate is actually quite small, but was only wolf that bothered to investigate Key's howl so accepted them. I think they were 2-star. Stars aren't the only thing I go by for decided my wolves' mates, sometimes story decides it for me.

Iv'e been to Yellowstone as well!! We saw beautiful Bison, coyotes, even a mother wolf with puppies!!!!! It was an amazing experience!!!

You have to mark your territory a lot and spend time with thorn for his chance of survival to go up.

Seri, remember that thorn needs to sleep in talk grass and be fed ONLY chewed up meat. It’s how Parsley got better and it works for me.

I found a way to cure a pup: I had three sick wolf pups and only two survived but I carried them all over the place and never I mean never slept inside the den with them and I always slept with the sick pups

Achilles: Being the runt of his litter, loves having tiny puppies because it reminded him of himself when he was their age.
Parsley: Being the biggest of her litter, wants nothing more then to raise big, strong pups to be like her one day, big and strong.

There is a place nick named elk town, because a huge herd tend ls to lounge around the entire town with their calves in the sunlight. Not from the town I even saw a huge bull elk. Bison tend to be every where. One place I didn't get to see was the black wolf memorial for the wolf that lives 12 years and was alpha of the strongest pack half his life.
I went to Yellowstone back in the Summer of 2019 with my family! We saw mostly everything since we went in a circle. But we also went to Slough Creek, though we saw no animals there, but it was beautiful with big open spaces. Definitely recommend stopping up there, to see the actual creel i think you have to hike. But my favorite thing from the trip was my family, many funny things happened. But yes, Slough Creek 100%
Yellowstone is gorgeous! If you go to Lamar Valley at 3-4 am, or when the sun starts to rise, you may see wolves. We did! Wolves, fox, coyote, and bison were all out there that early. Haden Valley is good, too. I personally loved the hot springs-- they were so pretty!!
Also, what if when a litter has 7 pups, since that's above average, you had to leave the den earlier? For example, move to a rendezvous site at 12-13 pounds rather than 15 because the pups entirely "outgrow" the den?
Also-- for attacking wolves, it works well to not lock the camera on them and just approach from the sides.
And fun fact: you can take alphas as your mate! I took Junction Butte 1M as mine once.

My wolf Tyler (Female), she had 5 pups with her mate Bear! All pups were male and im getting them to 10 pounds! Im glad i got wolfquest3. And thank u for posting wolfquest EVERYDAY!!

Seri, by sleeping it does make the sickly pups health go down, but it does boost his chance of surviving that illness at the same time. Once I slept so much and sacrificed most of my territory to spend time with my sick pup. By sleeping a lot and feeding them, he soon became better when he was at 20% health. So by sleeping it does increase his chances of becoming better.

I feel that Hawk will start eating more as a way to be able to grow stronger and protect Thorn. Because while the pups might be more independent towards their mom I feel that they are way closer to each other having spent all their time together in the den and now in the rendezvous site.
Also it would be interesting to see if any of the heir will seek to not be as their mom due to them not enjoying the way their mother raised them. Maybe feeling like their mom left them alone too much while also unconsciously over working them so that they would become stronger. We as the watchers would know she does this with the best of intentions but maybe her heir wouldn't, being too young to understand. Maybe once they have pups of their own they reach an understanding of their mother's true intentions yet still choose to be more easy going toning down the ambitions.
So....not sure if you're doing it for the roleplay aspect or not, but in order to heal a sick pup you need to spend 1-2 in game days at the den/rendezvous site staying awake and tailing that pup everywhere. No leaving for hunting or territory reinforcement, and most importantly NO SLEEPING. Sleeping actually causes the illness to get MUCH worse, no matter if you're sleeping beside the sick puppy or if you're sleeping on the other side of the map.
Yellowstone tip: Go and check out Old faithful and some of the other geysers, you might probably see some buffalos stuck in the geysers. It was pretty sad seeing half a Buffalo stuck in the geyser and the other half perfectly fine. Poor Buffalo lived a great life. I don’t remember since I was 7 when I went. But you’d should definitely take a helicopter tour it’s really nice, you get a bird’s eye view of Yellowstone’s canyons.
6:24 looks like Thorn wants Bunny, but all the siblings going to eat that up first before he gets a bite. Maybe go find a few more hares to bring back so pup has a chance?

1:35 make sure sick pup nibbles food, you might have to plop the stubborn pup by food three times before they do. Sometimes, they want a bit easier to eat bit to go with it - so a regurgitated pile. Moving sites can help with the affinity, just so you know. Even if the game says to cool down from socializing with pups, you're pretty safe to continue with the playing and howls to still get affinity up - just mind using roll on back with the chance of attacks. and you can leave sick pup to go quickly tend to territory or hunt for yourselves even.
Yellow Stone is really beautiful! I didn’t have the patience for it but you’ll LOVE it!

Yes I recommend yellowstone I don’t have hidden places but if you are driving and see a river I would say follow it from a distance for as long as you can util you can’t see it from trees as you drive because that’s how I spotted a bear and I’m going camping again this year but I don’t think yellowstone. One more thing is for camp sights in yellowstone when you go out of you camper or whatever you do MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PEPPER SPRAY double check you have it.

While it’s not in Yellowstone, if you’re really lucky around sunset there are sometime wolf hunts visible in the valley below the lodge overlook at the Tetons. I watched one for two hours- it was amazing.

If you take the puppy on patrol with you, picked up in your jaws, it counts as spending time with him. Take your kid to work day. Risky since you can't bite, howl, or move fast- but you can pee. If you put hem down they try to walk themselves all the way home- but I've taken care of several sick pups like this. Predators have never figured out I'm carrying an easy target in my teeth either.
I have never been to Yellowstone but my mom says the gyzers and the natural beauty and trails are amazing so anywhere in Yellowstone is amazing
Yellowstone has some beautiful hot springs, they're like rainbow pools. Just make sure to stay on the walkways if you do visit them! :D
The bison herds are also gorgeous, though it doesn't take much searching to find them lol.

Fun fact about beavers. When winter is approaching they stalk up on twigs and sticks to last them for SIX MONTHS!! Because they can’t get out of the ice to get twigs and sticks that is why they stalk up on twigs and sticks!

Plot twist: Achilles knows Azor and Azor knows Achilles. They came across each other while Parsley was Hunting and Persephone was with Achilles pups. They smelled each other and Achilles smelled Parsley and they became Bros.

I have been keeping an eye on hawk and I have noticed he likes to wander and go off alone but not far, he also tries playing with his brothers and I think Marigold lll is bullying hawk, I am unsure though. I also think that his siblings might be convincing him to eat more! that's all I noticed though.

Hello Seri. So of my wolves, one I made I named Key (made her/him to see how huge a wolf you could actually get - not bad), has a mate I named Lock for reasons. Anyways, so according to your infamy thing here, Key has taken 5 Crevice Lake wolves - would've been 6 if the border hadn't saved them. Why? Dark Lake Pack indeed. They keep coming to my puppies' den. So far, no pup met their end yet. And Key's mate is actually quite small, but was only wolf that bothered to investigate Key's howl so accepted them. I think they were 2-star.
Stars aren't the only thing I go by for decided my wolves' mates, sometimes story decides it for me.
