at a 1000 dollars a chain they need to be keeping them clean and oiled, just look at how cruddy they are.
True but seems like all these dudes are limping by on ancient machines
@@specialk314 but with proper cleaning and maintenance the machines will work better and last longer, if you just keep them going like that then what do they expect, it costs less in the long run to spend an hour or two on the weekend to clean and maintain the machinery than to break expensive parts through lazy ignorance.

@John Forman, they ran out of chain grease months ago so didn't make sense to clean any remaining grease and it's a hand me down chain that had the conn link welded back together. the other chains available around these parts cost alot, even secondhand, stretched and welded chains. give em a break
