Hello, I'm from Brazil, I'm desperate, I subscribed to CANVA PRO in March of last year and today I cleared the cookies from my computer, when I try to log in my account it stays with a regular account, my PRO plan is gone and all my projects are gone, what to do ?

Working with the Canva timeline is painful. It took me hours just to adjust the timing of elements of several minutes' length. Needs someone seriously looking at it.
