    • @drokillakush5116
      @drokillakush5116 5 лет назад +5

      Nah, Myke should do that on his own channel, it would be cool if he reviewed or listed his favorite horror movies for October, given Halloween is coming up. Also the guys could maybe stomach Irreversable, not sure about Salo(not a horror film) though, that would be cruel. You should not watch that movie without knowing what you are going to witness and about what influenced the filmmaker to make the film. It is an important film that has impacted filmmaking, but it is not a pleasant movie to say the least.

    I first checked Sadistik out when mike had him in his one of his top albums of the year list. I remember enjoying the album, even though I also had my doubts going in. Liked all the somewhat obscure references(also really into horror movies and literature). This is one of the reasons I like Dead End Hip Hop, we get the reviews of the bigger mainstream releases but also reviews of the more obscure gems out there.

    sadistik has elements of stuff feefo likes in his music cuz even tho sadistik is in the same lane of abstract hip hop as people like cage, he seems to fw all types of subgenres of rap. so it's not surprising that he takes some of that influence too. i always see him on twitter following artists in other lanes that i fw, like sgp. even had slug christ on this tape who's in a completely different lane from people in the cunninlynguists lane.

    Sadistik's technical ability is insane (that 'all i see's an odyssey of other seems' sequence on Gummo is fucking incredible), and he does reference things that a lot of other rappers don't, but I think you can say the same about Milo, Billy Woods or Elucid and they don't really have some of the like, emotional lines that Sadistik does that go against the grain for me. Sadistik just has a way of rhyming about his emotions that can be a bit woe-is-me (I doubt this summarizes it correctly but hopefully my point is still coming across) sometimes and it really does just rub me the wrong way when I'm enjoying some of his tracks. I guess I also enjoy the political side of those three a lot more which is also just down to personal taste.
