Physical activity where you’re besides people really is important. If you have no clue what you’re passionate about, join your city’s kickball league or yoga studio. Both have very low barriers to entry. And all you really need is just one decent friend to snowball into developing a social group

Also please note that not one person (even your girlfriend or future wife) will solve all your social needs. It’s good to have friends where you can talk about niche hobbies/interests/concerns with.

@@VuNguyen-fv5jl absolutely but even when you have that people still struggle silently with the feeling of loneliness. I wanted to make this video so everyone can comment and be open with their struggles without judgement.
