Hope you found the answer for the question how to move products from woocommerce to shopify.
To me works like a charm. Amazing, easy and fast. Everything's correct on both sides.
Such an amazing video i found. It was really helpful.
it imported 385 products from woo to shopify perfectly along each and every detail. Its Free of Cost.
Thanks alot....
Glad it helped. Thank you for the wonderful comment
What if the products are already copied and we just want to migrate so we don't lose any SEO?
Shopify and WooCommerce both uses different url structures. You will loose SEO anyway.
Hi, thanks for the video.
I imported products to Shopify, and they are visible in the store, but they don't appear in the Products tab in the Shopify admin panel for editing, nor in the collections. Has anyone else experienced this?
What can I do about it?
Thank you very much!
If the products are visible in the front store of the shopify website then it is correctly imported. It is hard to understand what could be the reason for not showing in shopify products admin panel. Check for if you have applied any filters which is preventing visibility of items there.
Awesome video man. Super helpful.
Glad it helped!
Thank you. Well Explained
Gracias por el video, eres las salvacion a todos los problemas.
thanks buddy . It works really well.
I'm glad it helped you. Thanks for letting me know.
It really helps thank you so much
Glad it helped!
Hello, Product Improt karne k baad wordpress product remove kar diye n Shopify m jo app create kiya tha vo remove karne k baad bhi product delete nahi hoge na ?
Just take backups before you perform any tasks so you can restore if anything goes wrong.
Cheers mate!
Its only for Products and categories rest customers, orders, reviews etc how can migrate ..is this plugin have these feature?
You can migrate customer information via csv upload. I do not know if there is any apps or ways to migrate Orders and reviews. If you come to know that solution, please let me know as well.
how we can migrate users from WordPress to Shopify with same log in details ?
As per my knowledge, you can not transfer the same login info from WordPress to Shopify. You can only transfer user data.
This was very helpful, what if I have more than 3 variants on a product, is there any settings I can change for this?
There is no settings I am aware of. But I guess it would be tough to import the one with more than 3 variations
@@ecomhardy thank you
thank you bro🖤
You're welcome 😊
Hi, this is helpful. Does this work for a woocommerce store that has over 6000 products?
For these many products I would recommend you to get their premium plan and contact their support. They will help you step by step.
Hi sir, anytime I input my api key to setup the app in wordpress it says it is a premium feature. So what can it do with the free version?
I would recommend you to follow the exact same steps shown in the video. Do not miss any part of the video. If you still face the issue, please contact the plugin developer directly and they should help you.
Does this delete my data from woocommerce or it will remain as it is?
It copies your products from WooCommerce amd paste it to shopify. It doesn't delete WooCommerce unless you delete in WooCommerce yourself.
But I would still recommend you to read their plugin policy and description before use as incase if they change anything in the future.
@@ecomhardy okay thank you so much your video helped a lot!
amazing :) only video that actually worked well. easiest way too! thank you!
thanks bro
Transferring over 300 products doesn't work. Any help?
Check your hosting. If your wordpress hosting is not good, you can't do anything.
@@ecomhardy Where can I check my hosting?
You don't know who your hosting service provider is?
Its Really Super Work. Thanks God and also Thanks You. its very impossible to do . thanks bro thanks
Welcome 👍
@@ecomhardy literally i cried right now. when I do that😂
Why? You faced trouble before?
Thanks, great way to import, is a bit slow but work great :)
You're welcome.
it is not free. asking for premium subscription of 59usd.
Well, this plugin was free when this video was made. I am not sure the current status but I still can find free plugin download link as below. Please check there terms of use for more info.
wordpress.org/plugins/w2s-migrate-woo-to-shopify/
Hi I imported all my products few weeks ago recently deleted all products and want to re-import but its skipping while importing from w2s plugin no products on shopify
I imported all my products from WooCommerce to Shopify. After importing, I deleted all the products in Shopify due to a previous product mix-up.
Now, I am trying to import my products again. Although the process shows as completed, the products are not appearing in Shopify. It seems like they are being skipped or something else might be causing the issue. Can you help me sort this out?
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks.
It could be caching issue.
Try again after clearing the cache.
If still doesn't work the follow these steps.
1) uninstall and delete plugin from wordpress and then install and activate again.
2) remove authentication from shopify and generate new one and connect the plugin with new authentication code.
@@ecomhardy No on free version we cannot clear cache by reinstalling the plugin they will add this feature in coming month as per the team for now its a plugin bug.
Is there no such plugin? When we transfer content or any data, the meta data should also come automatically.
There might be some paid apps on shopify app centre which could do this task but you have to pay for it.
@@ecomhardy will I have to do it manually? Please tell me name of that app
Hello. I don't know why but only the categories were transferred. How can I fix it
Please follow video steps exactly as shown. You might have missed one of few of the steps.
im having trouble importing products with variations, aka multiple flavors. Anyone else having this problem?
You can reach out to plugin developers from WordPress and see if they can help you
Hi sir how can I import bulk amount of products like 500+ products
I guess you may need their premium plan for more than 500 products. Check their free plan guide on the plugin page to see if it would work for more than 500 products or not
Request failed with HTTP Code 301.

A HTTP response code 301 indicates that a resource has permanently moved to a new URL. To fix it, you should update the URL in your website's code or configuration to reflect the new location. This is typically done by setting up a 301 redirect from the old URL to the new one. You can do this using server-side redirection techniques or through your website's CMS or hosting platform.
@@ecomhardyagain it stopped at 15 after doing this I have 414 products and it's showing error after 14 products
After migration of 15 products out of 415 its going error without mentioning any issue
How can I resolve?
That's the issue with your hosting where your wordpress is hosted.
@@ecomhardy how do I resolve?
Go to wordpress admin, woocommerce status page and check the status.
If the memory limit is 1gb, post max size is 128mb, upload limit is 128mb or not. These are minimum you need to set at hosting if it's not already set at hosting. You need to contact your hosting provider if you don't know how to change it there.
@@ecomhardy thank you very much I'll try and again comment if needed any help
sir i"m getting some error
Please rewatch the video and follow exact same steps. Do not miss anything otherwise it can cause error.
how can i migrate customers?
Export customers data file from wordpress woocommerce and import it to Shopify via csv import.
@@ecomhardyi tried that one, but it doesnt export in a shopify format
After exporting csv from woocommerce, change the header titles as per the Shopify format required and also delete unnecessary columns. Once you do that, you can import it to Shopify. For best understanding, you can export sample csv from Shopify and make changes accordingly.
I am going to make a video about that topic in 1-2 weeks.
how to protect SEO
You could save some part of SEO by changing permalink structure of WooCommerce products and pages similqr to shopify structure and also by setting some temp redirections.
But you can not save complete SEO if you move out from wordpress to shopify.
@@ecomhardy The only solution is to use re-direction? Does using too many redirections cause problems in the website?
